Remember:
Toes out.
Knees out further than the shoulder by about 6" on each side.
Elbows parallel to knees.
weight of the bar should be resting where the hem of your shirt does. NOT ON YOR NECK!
In a couple of days, do some squats with dumbells. Hold them by your sides and squat. IT helps.
BTW, What are you squatting and benching?
