I'm real glad for you! Oh BTW I know how you feel and so I can appreciate what you mean. Time to smell the roses now, eh?

What does the week hold?
Since I am omnipotent and know everything, I do know exactly what the future holds... only I won't tell you no matter how much harm it causes because my ego is more important than your life.
I have been here long enough to know that kwin doesnt DESERVE to have a book study at his house. I read his reinstatement thread! Actually He is putting himself in a bad spot with Jesus and Jehovah God.
Who are you to judge the house servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for Jehovah can make him stand. Romans 14:4 nwt
Kwin - glad to hear you are studing the Bible.
Jeff
Thanx Ozzie - kindred spirits.
How is all going since your surgery? Hope all is well.
Jeff
I'm going to Catechism! I'm not really sure why or what I'm doing, I just know that for some reason it feels good.
I feel like it's closure- no longer considering myself an ex-Jehovah's Witness, but rather a Catholic. It will be good for my self- esteem just saying that and losing the "raised as a JW" part.
On Thursday, I go to my Art Class. and on Sat. I go to ENG Comp 1. Also, I have Math and Computer Information System classes that I have homework on. Excuse my English, it's early in the morning.
As for me. I just sold my house and will be closing soon. My wife is graduating from Nursing school so we will be attended her graduation. Family will be down. I will be looking for a place to rent while our house is being built. I have a very busy week!
I hope everyone here, .........
is not close to the gulf, .....
or the keys .....
and the storm
I get to wear casual to work today. I will have lunch with one of my colleagues, a bright and engaging lady. My hubby and I will walk Flash, the neighbour's dog, some time this week. Hopefully THIS time he won't roll around in ca-ca. Hosing down a stinky dog is not fun. My daughter will call for advice. I will make several nutritious meals from scratch for my hubby, he will ask for seconds if he likes it. My son will come for a visit, and I will encourage him again to join a drug rehabilitation support group. I will weigh all my food *sigh* dieting. The rest of the leaves will fall off our tree, and hubby will give our bitty lawn it's last haircut. I will kill some slugs if it rains. I hate slugs. I will phone my granddaughter, and she will tell me about her exciting week, the friends she has made, and then she will ask permission to go back to the TV. I will come up with five fresh ideas at work. And I will start three new threads on JWD. I will rescue the remaining flowers in my garden before frost hits. We get our car back from the shop. I might make a small treat for the Jehovah's Witnesses who gave my hubby rides last week.
Mat 6:34
(ASV)
Be not therefore anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.G2548 kak-i'-nos
From G2532 and G1565; likewise that (or those): - and him (other, them), even he, him also, them (also), (and) they.
kakinos was not translated as evil anywhere else in the greek scriptures. In context, the word appears to be turning day around on itself, that is, each day carries it's own.
A stressful time for you, defd.
Get plenty of rest - and get out of the house more!
My wife is graduating from Nursing school
With armageddon so close, what was the point of that? Did you sell your house to serve where the need is greater? Really though, I hope for a smooth, stress-free transaction. Nothing worse then a good deal that goes sour.
