Something interesting didn't happen in September. The Society failed to publish the US
statistics for June. Instead, they waited for the October Kingdom Ministry to report them. This
follows last years' late reporting of worldwide statistics in the Watchtower magazine, together
with lame rumors about some countries not getting their reports in on time ( after many decades
of doing so, amidst improved 21st communication methods).
Is it possible that the Society is planning to stop regular reports of statistics of individual
countries? Are they gradually fading this practise away, so that no one will notice?
You don't have to be a statistical genius to realize that growth rates are in a long term decline
and they are nearing the "year zero" point of no growth - and decline thereafter.
Keep in mind that US stats are special - because they represent the zeal of a nation that
supplies much of the Society's cash flow. Allowing the friends to see declines or too many
zeros could translate into lost revenue.
