Has anyone heard from Shunned Father at all? I emailed him about 3 hours ago but no response.
Maybe the rainstorm had something to do with this cancelation, but if I hadn't logged into here I wouldn't have found out.

Also, the local Police Precinct called me to find out when the people are going to show up. I didn't know what to tell the officer other than the march was suspended due to weather. He had scheduled quite a few police escorts for the area.

When I arrived here at Blue Mountain I was told by Bill Blatz from Florida, that he had been called by Lawrence, and told that it was cancelled. The Bus never showed up so we went ahead with plan B, which we decided to drop by the WT Farm in Walkill and also Patterson. We actually picketed Patterson for about 10 minutes, plus we got ran out of Walkill, which was hilarious. I will start another thread explaining what happened yesterday with our plan "B". As for Shunned Father, I still have not heard an official explanation as to why it was cancelled. Although the group would have been few, We could have given a powerful message to the media. I spent all day monday calling the media, CNN, USA Today, The Associated Press, its just a shame it was cancelled at the last minute without so much as an explanation. Brooklyn or not, we had tremendous fun yesterday "visiting" Walkill and Patterson. Dave
