by nowuask inyou are able to sue the witnesses themselves if you have a no trespassing sign posted.
the watchtower bible & tract society of pennsylvania nor the watchtower bible & tract society of new york, inc. will not protect nor represent them, if you take them to court.
make sure that you notify the courts of the sign being posted.

The Guardian Britain's geologists are about to celebrate the fact that the universe is exactly 6,000 years old.At 6pm tonight at the Geological Society of London, scientists will raise their glasses to James Ussher, Archbishop of Armagh (below), who in 1650 used the chronology of the Bible to calculate the precise date and moment of creation.
Working from the book of Genesis, and risking some speculation on the Hebrew calendar, he calculated that it began at 6pm on Saturday October 22, 4004 BC.
Actually, he put the date at October 23, and then pedantically realised that time must have begun the night before, because the Bible said that "the evening and the morning were the first day."
The geologists selected the anniversary for a day-long conference on some of the fakes, frauds and hoaxes that have plagued geological and palaeontological research for centuries. "It's not that we think Archbishop Ussher's date was a fraud," said Ted Nield, the society's communications officer. "It's just that it was spectacularly wrong."
Dr Nield conceded, too, that in toasting the archbishop's calculations the geologists were committing another error. More than 6,000 years have passed since 4004 BC. The symmetry is only apparent. The date is a mere numerological reflection. The real anniversary passed unnoticed, in 1997.

This was taken from the book study last week:
In ancient Israel, there were no prisons as we know them today. Were they not slaves for over 400 years? Today?s jails people are slaves.
God?s people were to wage war, not to satisfy a mere lust for power or conquest, but to act as God?s agents in "Wars of Jehovah." Then why did not Jehovah use his angles to do his wars? He had one angle kill 185,000 men in one night. What a kind God we have; he uses humans, that he loves, in war to kill each other.
A newly married man was exempt for a full year so that before embarking upon such hazardous service, he might see an heir born. In this way, the Law explained, the young husband would be able to make his new wife "rejoice." Rejoice how? Have a kid then go off to war & get killed? I really would not look forward to that.
Makes no since.

Why did God cast Satan back to the earth? (re12:12) Should he have not destroyed him at this point, saving humans? He will at one point. (Re 20:7-10) God even said that he "regret I have made them", this would include the angles also (ge6:7).

A neice of mine passed away a few weeks ago at the age of 24. I did attend the funeral at the church she attended. The family asked to give a brief talk about her using her own copy of her bible. One of the elders found out about it. He said that some of the friends may not understand. Then asked my to read the watchtower 5/15/02 pg. 28. There were a lot of "may's" in the artical? I felt that it was a hornor to give the talk. I did not use any other copy of a bible, I did not want to affend anyone. The family really thanked me for doing it. How do some of you feel about such a matter like this? You men & women out there, would you attend such a funeral like this? Would you attend the funeral, in general? Thanks so much for your thoughts on this matter. Need some feed back.

The Dark Tower, a prison without bars
by freeman inthree days ago i was chit-chatting with my wife about the impending cold weather and snowstorm forecasted to hit our area when the conversation unexpectedly turned a bit negative.
she made the statement that they might cancel the meeting if the roads become too dangerous, i replied that they just might but really if she went to the meeting or not, the decision was up to her based on her best judgment.
her retort was to the effect of not to tell her what to do and that she would go to the meeting if she wanted to.

You are correct about the control factor. It seem that all they care about, how many at the meeting, # of hours in the service, don't make money, send us your money & donations (even though they have billions), study, read this or that, only be friends within the congration. They would like this to be tought to there kids, they (kids) don't know the differance between right & wrong! I would love to get out of this prison, but when you have a wife that holy, I dont want harm her mentally, can't seem to be able to find a way out!
