  elders have the right to talk to disfellowshipped ones.

  the average jw can't.

  elders can call you for a judicial meeting and charge you with anything.

  but the important thing isn't the differences....because if we think about what we can't make ; we will be unhappy!!! and we can't change them!!! am ı wrong??
