  i have seen myself at times striving to be the human personification of self control ....... i have also been seen gladly diving into the low sink of debauchery and lovin it .

  yet the problem arises ......i am bored ......now what ??

  could it be that now its time for me to find the nirvana known only as balance ?

  Why do we feel the need to control in life?

  Is it because of the way we are programmed from birth?

  So we don't stick out in the crowd and look different?

  at our house we hand out two snack-sized candy bars to each gremilin and ghoul (snickers and milky way).

  we get about 20 visitors, so we have to get rid of the candy some way.

  what treats will you be handing out on halloween night?

  We don't get trick or treaters here but we still buy candy and the darnest thing happens it disappears hhmm spooks?, goboins?, ghosts? perhaps you think? Wonder who eats all that chocolate?

  yesterday near the end of my work day, around 4:30, i was listening to the best news station here on my work radio, (wtop) and heard something that seemed to be big news to me.

  there was an informative discussion about the affects of this solar storm, and the consensus was that we may even have to totally disconnect all electronic devices, like telephones, pc's, vcr's, to "avoid damage".

  it was stated that relying on the surge protectors will not work.

  No, I wouldn't do it guess I'm to honest of a person.

  What if there is a random test or they get hurt on the job then they usual test people to see if they were using drugs.

  Do you grind your teeth?

  i've been having horrible pain mainly the back of my head, migraine but not ya know.

  well i went to the dentist to day and he seems to think it is stress <boy why would i be under stress

  does anyone use one did it make the pain go away??

  Yes I grind my teeth and clinch them. I got an appliance and chewed on it so it didn't do me much good but give it a try it may help you, I hope so! I have TMJ . . . YUCK! I agree with a lot of what Odrade has already posted. You really need to get to the bottom of what is causing you to grind your teeth or it will only get worse unfortunately :( I have to work with mine daily sometimes it's a real struggle! If I can be of any help please feel free to PM me.

  my ex jw exhusband didn't care much about music.

  he preferred the natural sounds of life to music.

  i have a coworker who doesn't listen to music: she doesn't like it.

  hello all,it was hell

  i had my surgery on the 15th.and life was hell.the doc found the rotater cuff had started to rot.yummy.he had to cut a large bone spur that had actually cut into the cuff causing the rip.then he found my clavical bone was being distroyed by arthritis, so the bone was partially cut away.i was in surgery 2 hrs.i am still recovering and on pain meds.lots of meds.i am just checking in .i hope you are all well and safe.kls
