  How long do you think being a JW will affect you?

  i haven't been on this board for a while.

  i've been on a conservative ezboard trying to see if we can't do something about political issues.

  i've also got a new job, had to get the car fixed, been best man in a wedding, and watched the two towers on vhs.

  The long, boring, and pointless story of CZAR - with happy ending!

  here it is, it took me two days to write and therefore nobody should actually be able to read it.. the purpose of writing a story like mine down serves two purposes.

  first, i must find a coherent understanding and explanation of the events that have befallen me.

  second, i hope that my story helps others in some way, to let them know that there is indeed "light at the end of the tunnel.

  Adam and Eve---Mere Myth ?

  even when we dismiss the bible,belief in an original paradise that was lost because of sin was wide-spread among the ancient babylonians,assyrians, egyptians,and others.common to many accounts was a tree of life the fruit of which would confer eternal life on those partaking of it.so mankind remembera that something tragic happened in eden.. scientists acknowledge that the human race is a single family with a common origin.. so,bible or not,could there be any truth,proof,about this event,is it possible to have eternal life on earth or, are the stories among the ancients only myths?.

  I didn't get the job

  i have been doing contract work for about four years now and i have been trying to get a permanent position for well over a year.

  last week i did an interview for a job that would have been perfect.

  it was even very close to where i live... within a five minute drive.. this morning i got feedback and they really liked me, but decided to go with another candidate.

  A) More a company have taxes to pay – more the price of the product is raised … So less sell … Less Sells means less jobs.

  B) And as this example shows :

  Francois : And in , Ph.D. E.E.s make about $5,000.00, whereas in the states a Ph.D. engineeer STARTS at about $65,000.00?

  As you can see nothing to compare … why should they care to pay taxes, they can raised the taxes at this point ? back to (A)

  Now maybe those taxes are supposed to help in Welfares matters and jobs … then here you are in the third world … and that doesn’t create enough jobs compare to the problem of (A)

  Some people are positive … FILL the needs is the base of economy (not welfares needs but : economic needs = MARKETS and fare needs = POLITIC) and the rule is, if you are not competitive … FORGET ... Nothing can help (short term – long term)

  LaurryBabys : You know I think we are somewhat past the point of being shocked by the reverse discrimitory remarks that seem to get flung around without a whole lot of hoopla out there

  But : My son is an eye witness about Lauren Hill (MTV NEWS – so I wonder How comes they can’t produce the tape ??? !!!) Anthony came to tell it to me right then … We where chocked … and threw her first album that we bought in the garbage / same thing for cranberries!!! (we didn’t even think about giving it to somebody else)

  THEY ARE LOOSING A LOT IN ACTING STUPID !!! SUCH CRAP !

  The Sweetist Words I Ever Heard.

  i went up to my daughters this morning early to watch emily while my daughter went to court.

  her former husband is trying to end her daughters child support, it's ok since she turns eighteen next month.

  when she returned she was tired so i watched emily for another three hours while she took a nap.

  very cute : That was so nice especially for a grandfather it means a lot

  Mulan : Very nice. Spontaneous words are the best, aren't they?

  Kids ones especially : To me it was my son’s onces he was about 2,5 years old
  I’ve cooked potatoes and beefsteak (I mean nothing special) most of the time he was eating like well may I have something else (means a dessert) … but this special day he said : “C’est délicieux maman” means “it’s delicious mommy” It was so cute ... I still have a stupid smile on my face when I remember it …

  WELFAREs AND INTERNAL PROCTECTION LAWs doesn’t help the ECONOMY …If Now if a company in your contry is not allow to help itself like others do … How will it able to deal with WORLTRADE (I don’t know if the term is right) how will it be able to hold the jobs that It can hold in your country. Those who are leading those type of companies are running them or are able to running them everywhere in the WORLD, now make your choices , some jobs in your country or NONE. (LOGICAL)

  Who ever woulda thought that over-qualification would be a hindrance? I've been in construction management for 10 years, sans a degree. Now there are licensed professional engineers and registered architects vying for CM positions, at 1/2 to 1/3 of what they'd make in their chosen field.

  
  TOO MUCH people in the SAME field … WASTE … WASTE … WASTE … Diplomas doesn’t help for real in this condition. … no market, no job (LOGICAL)

  IF ONE DAY SOMEONE COMING TO YOU SAYING SOMETHING LOGICAL LIKE :

  • THIS IS THE SOLUTION : DON’T SAY IT’S A DREAM
  • OR THIS WILL HAPPEN : DON’T THINK IT CAN’T HAPPEN

  LOGICAL = INSURANCE (in the right or the wrong way) Make your choices and be an actor or a follower either way

  Don't get me wrong here : It's not arrogance ... IT'S ONLY LOGICAL
  And I feel very concerned on this matter ... (It's good to cry, but it good to wake up an be logical in the right way as possible, of course)
