it joins a cluttered stage of drummers - present and past - who claim to have the final and true word about this psychotic vision of 2 thousand years ago.. if you can get passed a casual, eye-rolling read, you'll note some changes in this latest regurgitation - with some astonishing changes given what is left out.. here's what i spotted:.
soothing words about claimed cataclysmic events (e.g., "[the vision] is not designed to scare you.

It really is laughable to see how the society tries to give meaning to the wild delusional ramblings of an old man high on something!
What's next? Will we try and find meaning in the books of "the lord of the rings" or "star wars" etc?

Terrorist attack in Brighton Victoria Australia
by barry ina terrorist has shot a man and held a women captive.
after a number of explosions police attended and a gunfight resulted in the terrorist being shot dead the women was not harmed and two officers were shot with slight injuries.
the gunman yacqub khayre was on a terror watch list and isis has claimed responsibility.. stay safe everyone especially during ramadan the killing month.

Yes, I genuinely feel that they honestly believe all the teachings.
Some people promote conspiracy theories about the GB being in it for other purposes, but I disagree.
The GB honestly believe that they have "the Truth"

JW's Changing Tune
by SickofLies ini left the religion back in the early 2000's, tell you the truth it's been so long now i've been out i don't remember exactly when i left.
i definitely used this site a lot when i first left and it was a great asset.
when i left i somehow managed to get my parents to come with me.

Last of the big conventions?
by NikL inhad lunch with some friends during today's waste of time convention.
they spoke of the rumor floating around that the jws will move away from these big regional conventions and have them at assembly halls and tie them in to kingdom halls.. they seemed to believe it was a pretty reliable source.. i think it would be too good to be true but who knows?.
anyone else heard this rumor?.

In Australia that is already happening.
Rather than the annual large stadium conventions, they are doing 6 or more weekends in a row at the assembly halls and splitting the congregations up to attend...

How can angels be sexually attracted to women?
by Island Man inthe nephilim account in genesis is utterly ridiculous when you consider that angels are sex-less beings and would therefore lack sex-drive and romantic attraction.
think of how difficult it is for humans with a sex drive to be sexually attracted to animals.
now take away that sex drive and it becomes literally impossible.
