has anyone else noticed that in the wt study articles the main point they want you to remember is always somewhere around paragraph 11-14?
it's like a formula.
intro and overview paragraphs 1-4. basic wt stuff 5-8 (not controversial).

I agree! Individual elders who failed to report these crimes to the police should be charged.
If this happens more and more, it will mean that individual elders will be more likely to go with their conscience and report - rather than waiting for direction from the branch office!
As we have often said, if the crime was Murder instead of child abuse, they would not hesitate going to the authorities! Child abuse should be in the same category!

i posted here weekly until a year ago when my mum died of a mild form of lukemia which is easy to treat with 2 blood tranfusions a month.
you can live to 100 with treatment, but no my mum chose to die a faithful witness after 2 years of chemo and hell for her family and doctors.
her chemo doctor cried when she only had weeks left to live knowing that she could be saved with one bag of blood!
My heart goes out to you mate!

it was in some book for young people that i found going through the watchtower library when i was doing research for old publications, i cannot believe this lunacy, i feel so bad for the teenagers at the time who had to try to take this seriously, but they’re not a high control religion or cult though, anyways here is is : .
if you sleep in a room alone and you find that you seem to feel special stress in this direction at night, you may be able to arrange matters to share a room with another member of your family.
also, you may find it helpful to sleep on your side rather than on your back or face down.. 18 another thing that may be helpful is to see to it that your clothing does not unnecessarily cause friction with the sexual organs.

Sure, there are some things that may have been done differently, but we need to see it all as part of the wave of momentum that is crashing down on the Org.
Every bit of mainstream media coverage adds to the weight of evidence against the Society. Yes, they will spin it as "satanic propaganda" as do all high control cults. But shows like this will help stop new ones from joining, and will puts cracks into the facade for hundreds or thousands of still ins
