Why am i sitting here crying

A knock on my door- and I'm still shaking
by cyber-sista injust had a witness encounter and it shook me and i'm not sure why.
a pioneer sister just came to my door.
she has a very sweet personality--she started off with a hug.

I know exactly how you feel.
I have faded a year now and get shakey with each JW contact at my house.
NOdenial, my hubby blabbed stuff to one of my Jw sisters (he wasn't suppose to ) and she took what he said out on me, it was terrible. I will probably never hear from her again. Whatever change in life I have, should have come from me....NOT him...and he had just met my sisters.
I just want to cry or hid in a whole....
My whole life as a JW I had to be different.........and now I have to be different again and face their judgemental crap..........Sometimes it is just too much for me to take.
I can't afford a therapist....glad you can...I know I need one.

Prescription Sleep Aids
by Corvin ini have been talking to my doctor about my inability to sleep as of late.
he says that some prescription pills will help.. so, what do i take?
does anyone have any experience with sleeping pills like ambien, temazapam .

I have tried Ativan: an antianxiety medication, from the Valium family. You can't take this medication forever because it is addictive.
My Dr. prescribed it when I was going thru a divorce. I was working before the divorce and couldn't get to sleep, when I did I would wake up and NOT be able to get back to sleep.
I took one Ativan 30 minutes before bedtime. I slept like a baby. IF I woke up, I would get right back to sleep. No grogginess when I awoke in the morning.
To get off the Ativan I had to use a half then a quarter. Then I used melatonin. It works, but I found out I had NIGHTMARES....so I felt like I was working while I slept!!!
Tylenol pm, already mention is a good one...it is benadryl with acetominophen....try only one at first...because 2 can make you drowsy. If you want to save money, you can just by benadryl onlly....that's what makes you sleepy anyways.
I didn't like the Ambien....I woke up too groggy and in a bad mood...
