  really, from the book of genesis on god always wanted blood and flesh and fat of animals over everything else.

  I made my daughters cry last night.....

  ...when i told them i didn't believe anymore.

  they cried like i'd never seen before.

  my oldest, 10, pleaded with me that she'd do anything to get me to keep going to meetings ("i'll get a's on my report card!").

  Took my son (5 yrs) shooting for his first time.

  i went with my neighbor to an outdoor shooting range in the pawnee national grasslands in colorado.

  its about 2 hours northeast of denver.

  it was awesome.

  i watched the movie again today with tears in my eyes.. it was filmed in 1960 and its all about the 1925 skopes trial in the us about a teachers right to teach evolution.. what did you think?.

  Want to know why people accept evolution ?

  do you have questions about or want to understand evolution?

  it is a difficult concept to communicate and so if it is not explained well , it is understandable that we would dismiss it.. i sincerely want to talk with people who want to learn more or see what all the fuss is about.

  we are all learning and increasing our knowledge all the time and it is good to go over facts with critical eye.. evolution we can discuss, looking at the foundational facts and evidence, one at a time for you to go and check, agree or disagree with and return.. no pressure to accept it, you can decide for yourself, also no mocking etc of what you have to say.. .
