according to both christian and jewish eschatology, the messiah will come to jerusalem, where he will deliver the jews from hostile nations "round about.

"since the jehovah's witnesses and other adventists don't believe his coming will be literally fulfilled, but figuratively fulfilled, they simply believe he will return to the earth, where he will slay the wicked and the righteous will be caught up to meet him in the air.. first we have a christian declaration:.

and when [jesus] had spoken these things, while [the apostles] beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

i'm curious, why and how did you choose your username?.

does it hold any special significance for you, is there a share-able back story?.

for me sparrowdown is a playful reference to matt 10:29 and the title of the movie black hawk down.. matt 10:29 was my go-to scrip to "prove" that god cares about us as individuals.

according to the bible, none... all 12 partook of the emblems.

jesus told them to partake even thought they were not anointed with holy spirit yet.

they were anointed at pentecost.... and judas was present too according to luke 22:21.. watchtower says that luke's chronological order is wrong.

Rumor: April 3, 2015 start of Great Tribulation?

on another forum, somebody mentioned that there is a growing belief with those high up in watchtower hierarchy that the great tribulation will begin april 3, 2015. evidently, one has to check the skycharts for that date and compare with 33 ceand also compare with the history of jws for past 40, 80, 120 years.

dont ask me to verify the rumor...these things come and go.

im sure lots of people in hq believe all sorts of things.. .

question: will husband and wife live together after the resurrection is completed, if both are in harmony with god?.

answer: the scriptures do not reveal what the relationship of men and women will be after the resurrection is completed.

the most that we know is that there will be no children born during the last 100 years of the millennium (isa.
