Whether people considered what JWs said as true or not Jehovah's witnesses used to track the UN world developments like a hound dog. They sort of tracked UN developments as the parallel of the "Kingdom ministry" as the rival "8th King" system. But in 1990 that all changed when instead of tracking the 3rd UN presentation of 1990, instead Bethel became a UN NGO co-promoter of the UN "New World Order". (Awake! 9/8/1991)

Now what is very weird here is ANY "UN" activity should have been the biggest news on earth to Bethel and JWs. I mean half their ministry was tracking that entity in 1919 and 1945 and making it part of their "ministerial exposure". But in 1990 the UN fell totally off the JW radar. Even if they were faking it they should have at least made it believable and stuck with the old formula of "vigilance".

Instead JWs are about the most literally backward people on earth, they do not perceive world change past 1960 significance. In effect Bethel says the first two UN placements were "prophecy fulfilling", but the 3rd UN placement is neither significant in the world or in prophecy, and world government is not a prophecy. Instead they stuffed the Watchtower and Awake! with over 70 "new world order" quotes and references such as the UN General Assembly "placement" quotes of George Bush Sr. in the UN NGO kick off issue of Awake! September 8, 1991.

I think turning Bethel into a UN DPI co-promotional apparatus as NGO, which is a UN supporting entity requiring two-sided approval, does require some sort of hypnotism because to JWs it seems like a light or non-existent matter. Although JWs and Bethel stumbled millions with this "reproach" at global scale for a whole secret decade finally exposed by the secular media, JWs do not seem to notice or care, they have assumed the same level of self-assumption and hubris as their lead Governing Body of Traitors.

Like the wave of a watch over 40 years, the GB has also transformed the entire JW religion into a ridiculous commercial and multi-billion dollar cash cow of liquidation that they are milking at new astounding levels of theft. Things are not looking good for comatose JWs overall as Bethel prepares to hit the fan and scatter JWs, call off it's own ministry, and disappear into the night, imo.

It is inevitable because it is formulaic. World war precedes world government like the Cold War (1990), WW2 (1945), and WW1 (1919) basic patterns resulted in a UN related manifestation all three times. World war "problem" basically is what births the world government "solution".

Post 911 "global war" "on terror" is already a declared global war. Global NATO has about doubled in proportion since 911. So OBVIOUSLY one does not invade every continent on earth for no reason. The 13 years since 911, and the "terror" pretext, is just a global positioning for WW4, including the Cold War in the count.

World war and financial tribulation is engineered to accelerate the power consolidation and get the nations in the proper mind set by the big "problem" to accept the world government "solution". Not just accept it, much of the world will REQUEST world government once WW4 has run it's course. It is NOT "the end of the world" or nuclear holocaust, though a few nukes might pop off to aid the global psychology for world government by immense psychological terror for some, it is designed to resolve into world government, UN world peace, and a final phase of the greatest recovery potential of all human history. (This is why the Bible shows the tribulation ends; Matt24:29. It ends into world government)

That the pattern already ran three times so far in 1914-1919, 1939-1945, 1945-1990. That means a fourth cycle is intuitive, predictable, formulaic, obligatory, to bring in the real world government. Russia and China and everyone else will eventually capitulate to world government, because the US and EU national sovereign equalization in US engineered national downfall (Dan11:42-43) will flatten the playing field for all the "united nations" to participate in the world government system.

What is ending is nation-state sovereign relevance for a world government of wealth and finance that is already ruling, phasing out the US Dollar for a final global finance system over the next decade to be accelerated when the western national sovereignties hit the debt fan. So though not announced the super-corporate "world government" of NATO and international monetary and finance is already operative, but needs the final phase to present it's fully public world government form.

Thus they are not spending 100 trillion over the last 20 years positioning around Iran, Russia and China for nothing, world war is coming. In my opinion it will be quick because it is in everyone's interest to only use limited nuclear and directed energy potentially one way exchange, from Global NATO and Space NATO into Russia and China to bring them in ASAP.

Global NATO is not dependent on the US national funding engine, and it is already twice as big as Russia and China combined, and with certain new war technologies maybe effectively 100 times more powerful when the new "big stick" comes out at the end of the WW4 cycle. That is my opinion because of the reality of NATO in space and the reality of superwave warfare possibilities exponentiating. Nukes are actually old hat and a distraction to what is coming for Beijing and Moscow, potentially. IMO Russian and Chinese elites already know world government is coming but for martial purposes, like in the US and EU, a "world war" production aids internal control of their nations. Meaning WW4 will be as orchestrated as the other 3.

World war to world government is the inevitable formula in any event. That is guaranteed from all quarters including prophecy. It'll take 7-14 years from the first severe global downturns of say some sort of economic, false-flag, world war, or similar intrigue alone or in tangent. (maybe even a real and huge natural or "natural" disaster) We will know when it is triggered pretty soon here, because the whole US and EU finance system is in a "virtual reality" holding pattern that cannot be sustained forever. I feel by 2015 something will start to catalyze, just a guess.

But as a side note, it is into this period that Bethel is deconstructed, and why Bethel is selling a way too premature "end of the world" scenario to backward JWs. In reality a final world government multi-year cycle is what is in store, and many global authorities in these sciences understand that approximate projection, we are talking a minimum decade. It is Bethel that conveniently ignores the globalization process as what completes world government, and it is Bethel that ignores reality so JWs ignore reality of the final phase certainty. This is why Bethel sells a "the end" scenario as if the UN has global authority now to "attack Babylon the Great", which is of course absurd for a number of reasons.

1. Global religious confusions AIDS the final cycle, no way is a chief ally for world government going to be deposed when they are most useful.

2. Global religious asset stores are useful AT THE END, at the final stage of the cycle for world recovery aid.

3. Deposing war fomenting institutions of religious confusion AT THE END of the final cycle, as world government is manifesting, AIDS the believability of world "peace and security".

It is Bethel that is going down first, because their usefulness is now complete, they duped and derailed JWs to not explain the 1990 3rd UN placement properly, but instead joined it as UN NGO. Bethel is now done misleading JWs, and concealing the final UN fourth cycle certainty from JWs and their global audience for the "the end" over simplification trip.

We are in a calm before the storm, but many experts and others in the world system know what is coming. It's not the "end of the world" it is the last phase of completing world government, it is the end of the nation-state era essentially. It takes a number of years to reach real world government.

If a block changes from gold to tin, the analog is the atoms change. What is reflected on the outside is signal Bethel is not the same on the inside, and the gradual subversion must be purposeful and reaching a pre final coup crescendo. JWs are what one would call "drunk" on the Bethel wine, that is why they are the only ones who cannot see it.

Bethel is the final apostasy, plain and simple. One cannot reform a last century Christian model of the first century faith for 50 years and then slip back to the mire and expect it to go well in the end. Bethel may appear to live in a spiritual vacuum, but in reality Bethel is subject to judgment like anything else, even more so given it's valid attempt at earlier Christian reform that did draw a definite line between real Christianity and the production from which it was drawn, and has now returned.

Expect some "Biblical proportions" developments on Bethel in the coming days, but do not buy their "prophecy is fulfilling brothers!" self fulfilling prophecy cover up. Bethel is going down (hard) by it's own hand, aided from within, for it's UN NGO core interests. There is no way this trend of Bethel lawlessness is simply random or acceptable given Bethel's former claims, and the seeds it now has sown. Bethel will be made an example, and both sides of the power equation agree on this destiny, but for diamtric purposes.

It is what it is. Engineered purposeful waffling to stumble people while making the opposite claims. It hides in plain sight, the plummeting JW growth stats prove it is effective as a technique of subversion from within Bethel. Purposeful contradiction such as this, and other new confusions, cannot be accidental. Sometimes people JW pro and con cannot call the extreme obvious for what it clearly is.

"Flattening" the nation-state sovereign imbalance is necessary to achieve world government on that controlled decline of US and EU national hegemony. In WT "rules" this would be why the "8th" King is AFTER the "7th" King (But the WT breaks their own rule). In Kissinger/Rockefeller rules this is why the US has to assume a more realistic equalized role in the world national scene once their role is complete in this transformation. In this way a basic Bible logic matches a basic world power dynamic. World government is not at all unbelievable, it is already present, is already functional. The nation-state decline is what brings in world government officially, but much of it is already present in supra-national actual authority. It certainly is not a "conspiracy theory" except for the most naive and backward of today's nation-state engineered "consumer" zombies.

In modern globalization studies in this sector of principle, the national sovereign economic sustainability is already irreparably undermined, but will only crash to a limited degree, the world government financial solution is already designed, and that sector of world government is already active in supra-national authority, the national debt aids the process, the US Dollar greases the wheels globally of all the affected nations, it is the rug, the global net of other national captures.

So the Anglo-American national system can never maintain the "hyper power" status, but it's globalist counter system can. The US and EU national sovereign capitulation in a final cycle coming is not "the end of the world", it is the end of the nation-state era of dominance. The US wave up, and down, and up again, (into world government), guides the whole process and the other nations in the same manner, they must follow the US lead no matter what direction it goes, including Russia and China.

The "8th King" rises upon the "7th King" downfall, but the US and EU national meltdowns though severe, will not compromise more than 25% of their national systems, and that will accelerate the wealth consolidation of the globalist "master creditor" system in it's super-corporate role. That "super-corporation" will assume at least 80% total world wealth ownership in the coming decade, and that is all she wrote, the rest will tumble in naturally. Contrary to Bethel bull, it is not a "tribulation" of total world collapse, it is a partial but systemic global meltdown, engineered to end and aid world government presentation and implementation officially.

(Real wealth control is real sovereign power, and obviously the nation-state has debt, not wealth, it's "sovereignty" is "borrowed". Few people noticed this post 911 transformation, they were not paying attention to the most critical decade in the post 1990 globalization cycle. It happened, they just did not notice it happened.

The changed function of it's governments and banking/insurance institutions means national government will be liable in part of the securitization for this MASSIVE debt, and that is how the world government of "credit" pawns the US and EU nation-state system, to own it legally, and to set the terms of global recovery - the nation-state is truly done, and like a bankrupt individual 90% of the pawning is financial in the US and EU national systems. The EU and US literally sold themselves to their creditors, and the "creditor" is a super-corporation of interlocked directorates internationally. That process is also 70% done, the controlled crash and "foreclosure" is all that remains to be carried out over this next decade simultaneous with the rise of the global hegemony of world government as the natural "solution").

The flattening of US and Brit national power allows the other nations to feel balanced in world government and it makes all of them subject to the final military monopoly that Russia and China will aid in their sector of global responsibility with "Super Global UN-NATO". The evolution of the nation-state ensures it's finalization is a globalized final "nation" of which the nation-states are global states, I mean that is what the "League of Nations" concept is all about as is this last whole century.

The US equalization will be a global milestone with great meaning, not the end, but the beginning. The UN will end up aligned as global cops of the biggest military war engine of all human history, Global NATO is already bigger than Russia and China combined maybe three times over. That scale of military globalization doubled since 911, and again few saw it happen, most people are in their personal la-la land, yet the whole world already has changed, it is all geared for the final cycle, and the average nation-state zombie has nary a clue what is coming. (What is coming is not that bad overall, but it is the end of a cherished "nation-state" era of illusions)

It will be a globalized system of the greatest wealth and recovery potential in all human history. Any globalization studies curriculum would explain the role of forced dependency and US Dollar infusion as an aid of globalizing a final financial solution, so it is not all that surprising except to people "mainstream media" asleep for the last twenty years, which has covered 50 years worth of development since 1990, it is all accelerating. Thus falling asleep this last 20 years is as good as falling asleep in 1815, as much has occurred in that two decades. The next 10 years and some of it's various power logs peaking will do a similar exponentiation to ensure the nation-state mode is done.

World government already is the only solution to the nation state "problem". The "solution" is engineered with the "problem" by the ultimate global powers with that actual authority, as one knows modern nation-state politicians know neither technology or financial sciences, they too are a thing of the past, but are still useful, but need a financial "baby sitter", they are a known "problem" for which world government governance will be the requested "solution". The set-up is so predictable, it actually explains itself. DEBT is the key, dated greedy politicians was the lock to the treasure chest of the national power.

Thus as people in the meltdowns ID the political "problem", the globalized "solution" will become not only obvious but requested by many. Though partly responsible the nation-state politicians are part of the final "scapegoat" complex, usually paired with a global "bogey man" to blame all the worst developments on financially and economically. Although Wall Street, London and Washington engineered this meltdown, some "bogey man" will probably be blamed, and the reliable national dolts will believe what they are "mainstream media'd" to believe, and thus the main engineers pull off their masterpiece of transformation, and people in the majority are none the wiser.

From the Bethel point of view they are selling a premature "end of the world" scenario clearly at odds with the globalization process and it's required final approximate 10 year cycle. Bethel is a dated and dead fossil of 1950 relevance in prophecy and world developmental awareness. The YouTube basic globalization "menu", I mean the bare bone basics, Globalization 101, is 50 years ahead of the Bethel time warped era and published anti-understandings.

Sorry to spoil the end of the movie, but that's pretty much how it will unwind, fully authoritative and fully armed world government is inevitable, the unwinding of the nation-state era happens concurrently, and we are at the cusp of final multi-year cycle activation, the last cycle, the one that presents official world government. Bethel will end long before the nation-state sovereign power. So no reason to buy that engineered delusion that actually aids the world government process of mass ignorance in it's particular JW global sector. Bethel is no accident, it is part of the design now.

Seriously considering stepping down as Elder

i have been an elder for 6 years.

it's been the last 2 years or so that i've really seen the hypocrisy, but the ability to know the shenanigans of the society through the body of elders letters has kind of kept me in there.

i'm to the point now that i can't stand the hatred and bitterness that the body of elders has towards myself and my whole family.

It would be good to cut out now, come coup-de-grace time I assure you you do not want to be one of the JW cowboys for the global JW herding process. In fact you should get out of the org COMPLETELY and let the storm pass. Bethel is going down as part of it's "self fulfilling prophecy", but the world system will keep going on for a while, and the first couple years of that engineered downfall are not going to be pretty.

I would say cutting out now would relieve you of much stress and uncertainty, there are many global indications Bethel is selling a premature "end of the world" scenario to aid concealment of their own coup final stage. All the latest Bethel weirdness is for a reason, and the gut feeling of some is accurate. Bethel is NOT what it tries to appear to be, in fact it is the antithesis of what it claims to be, and the sham cannot go on indefinitely, nor is it planned to continue much longer. This is the year IMO, it is all coming together soon for the coup, and it takes a couple years to really unwind fully.

During the whole process they will sell JWs the usual "prophecy is fulfilling" diversions as long as possible. Observing Matthew 24:15 and the UN NGO Bethel cue is good advice. FLEE!!!

The Sept 15 WT " Are You Convinced That You Have The Truth? Why?

this article title leapt out at me and i thought that at last we may see some solid argument as to why the wt teaches what it does, some "reasoning on the scriptures ".. well... the theme scripture set a good scene, being rom 12.2 " prove to yourself the good and acceptable and perfect will of god" .

ok , let's prove it - logically.. the article starts by citing the witnesses neutrality and refusal to bear arms as a reason to believe.

now i happen to agree with that stand , but is it unique to j w's ?

No Watchtower, you will have to do better than that if you want to be convincing that you really have "the Truth". At least Freddie Franz would delve into scripture and spend pages confirming his reasons for the conclusions he reached ...even if the conclusions were doo lally...! Perhaps that is the problem, is there nobody today who knows, or cares why . They are just told to keep the faith and believe, but even as the old song says " You've Got to Have A Reason To Believe"

I think I agree with where you are coming from. In a 1970 snapshot I feel JWs did have "the truth", atleast they were engaging for spiritual thrillseekers and adventurers in a unique way. I can see now when world government as a natural process of the nation-state itself does finally crystallize I will see JWs did point out it's classic root system as the internationalist "League of Nations" in 1919. Now true, others see this past and present, but JWs did make it a parallel theme of "God's Kingdom come", a world government is the apex form of rivalry to a "Kingdom" JWs were also preaching at that time, in a live and real-time fashion. JWs gave "Armageddon" the two clear players for that world government "showdown of all showdowns". JWs made it real for the first two UN presentations, they were in the ring.

I mean JWs were "cutting edge" in 1950 as far as global geo-politics and globalization without ever mentioning those words not yet coined at that time. JWs were making the "world government" climax more real. They were bringling on the "chicken" game with world government coming down a one way road and God and Christ "Kingdom" was coming up the other way. They were naming names (like the Anglo-American national alliance and the UN elites) and they were making elite enemies and Rutherford, Knorr and Franz could give a flying finger who they "disturbed", they called it as they saw it, they saw it leading to "Armageddon", it was the most exciting religion, in my opinion, because of this balance of dancing on a volcano, this brazen taunting of a sleeping lion.

Even if they were making it all up it was a rush to see someone slapping the global elite king in the face. JWs used to be spiritual daredevils.

But then it all changed, but JWs do not realize it all changed, it changed oh so gradually. In time the second UN placement of 1945 faded, and a 3rd UN placement in 1990 was not only fully ignored, instead Bethel joined the global promo as UN NGO. When the next UN salvo of adrenaline pumping presence came forth in 1990, that should have been the biggest news to hit Bethel since UN 2.0 of 1945, an opportunity to send a flaming retort and revamp the high, JWs didn't even show up for the fight. The stay hungry attiude had a flat spare tire. JWs saw nothing special in a 3rd UN globalization era triggering world governemnt "new world order" statement and presentation world tour.

Now when the removal of the USSR to Anglo-American expansion occurred sparking the "new imperialism" jolt, Bethel said nothing. Now when socialism was scrapped by Russia, China and India adding 2 billion people to the late-capitalist 2.0 globalization effort, Bethel acts like it is still 1970. Now when Russia, China nd India JOIN the Anglo-American internationalist wave of global domination, Bethel acts like it is 1960. Though globalization is the main "gathering" (Rev16:13-16) force of world government, Bethel says nothing. Now even Ron Paul has more to say on the world government subject live and real-time, Bethel is a fossil, a picture of the past, a dated commentary, a dated world view, a backward projection. That there are therefore obviously four UN cycles total, to the world government end, is fully ignored by Bethel. Bethel no longer keeps up with world reality, and applies NOTHING of note to prophecy that was not already done by 1970.

In other words Bethel is in a time warp, Bethel is a boring facade of a once vibrant "cutting edge" religious in your face ministry. Bethel is a broken record, and it uses that endlessly parroted past to make JWs think it still is "the truth". In fact Bethel repetitive plagiarism of itself aids it's waving watch hypnotic quality. JWs are drunk with the Bethel wine. Bethel is a complacent satisfied unadventurous burnout.

The only "truth" left at Bethel, is Bethel is the classic apostasy if ever there was one.

They join the UN-DPI as UN NGO, they cover up post 1990 as the greatest era of globalization in stats that are a tsunami of evidence of this reality, they hoodwink JWs as if they are "cutting edge", they sell a glam, literally retarded, "attractive religion", and they distract JWs with echoes from the past, and over-organizational busy body hypnotics. Bethel is a big Kabuki, a play, a production, an act, a sham, a bottle, a crate of sleeping pills. Backwardness is Bethel's business, downward spiraling JW growth and spiritual progress is their main product, making it look like a monumental work of productivity is their main sham of claims, walking off with 4 billion in JW assets is their payday. And part of the effectiveness of this delusion is keeping JWs in a snapshot of the past, in a worldview time warp as well, progressing no further than 1970. Now YouTube, 12 year olds and rappers explain world government far better and fresher than dated JWs.

Bethel is a bore now, totally irrelevant except as a classic case of top down apostasy sold as "the truth", and diverted with attention to everyone else as the "apostates" when in fact at the center of Bethel sits the modern men of lawlessness LITERALLY "lifting themselves over everyone" while they cover up the final two UN world government cycles. Bethel even has the opposers considering themselves as "apostates" while the Bethel apostates subvert both JWs and even their critics' identities, and JWs eat it up as if it was 1955...

But it's not 1955, nor is it 1970, it is 2014 and JWs are 50 years behind world developmental times, and have derailed in their prophecy tracking assignment aborted at 1970 relevance, it too is 50 years behind. Even if it was all bull, might as well keep it ballsy by at least acting relevant, but now JezeBethel is instead a self-neutered sow comfortable in it's own mire, selling it to JWs as a pearl of truth. It is worse than boring, it is comatose and actually kinda sad, the branding of irrelevance on yesterday's glories. A 1950 Jehovah's witness wouldn't be caught dead in that abomination called the Bethel ministry of today. It's a classic case of spiritual corruption at terminal proportions and maturity. The only way is down to make it all official.

Obviously the 1976 "Governing Body" experiment in spiritual tyranny has something to do with this spiritual abandonment. In fact it is the primary guidance system puppet show that guides the delusion under the "Moses" accepted claims, but they replace even Christ and the Bible for the "commands of men".
