it has zealously advocated its position and lost multiple times.
yet, it cavalierly refuses to acknowledge the consequences of these losses and the validity of the court's orders requiring it to produce documents in response to request number 12. and, in a further act of defiance, watchtower informed the court that it would not comply with the march 25, 2016 order 39 requiring it to produce documents responsive to request number 12. the court, following lopez, supra, 246 cal.app.4th 566, as an incremental step toward terminating sanctions if watchtower persists in its unjustified conduct, imposed monetary sanctions.

Is "fornication" still used by Witnesses?
by careful inin 2013 the revised nwt came out and changed the old edition's "fornication" and its related words "fornicating," "fornicator" etc.
in all their roughly 70 occurrences.
has the word completely dropped from usage in the witness world?

In the revised bible 'fornication' is now usually rendered as 'sexual immorality'.
careful: is it still used in the disfellowshiping report sent to the branch which lists the sin the DFed one is guilty of?
No. (was it ever used?)
Depending on the actual circumstances, one of the following expressions would be used (for 'fornication', 'porneia' would be used):
- Adultery (Mat. 19:9)
- Gross uncleanness (Eph. 4:19, Gal. 5:19)
- Loose conduct (Gal. 5:19; 2 Pet. 2:7)
- Porneia (Lev. 20:10, 13, 15, 16; Rom. 1:24, 26, 27, 32; 1 Cor. 6:9, 10; Deut. 23: 7, 18)

Yeah, seems interesting, though the ex-jw community seems to be pretty good at distributing, and keeping online, various leaked info.
The real benefit though may be in encouraging new leaks via their submission process.

Can all 7 members of the Governing Body ride in this elevator at the same time?
by Alfred inin case the picture didn't load.... i'm referring to an elevator with a (quite common) weight capacity of 1,500 lbs.. would the 7 members of the governing body exceed this weight limit??

(w88 10/15 pp.28-29; w82 6/15 pp.25-29; w75 pp.255-256) While participating in group therapy by a professional therapist is a matter for personal decision, there could be a revealing of confidential facts about other members of the Christian congregation during such sessions if a Christian does not exercise discretion.

by Faded ini think everything has to start somewhere, and you can see the passion and commitment from those loyal 50 that showed up in warwick yesterday.
the event was not very well organized but you could see the passion & dedication from most of them.
and i think they at least touched a couple of people at the kh yesterday.. having an annual day of action actually inspires me.
