  Leo Greenlees - shuffled to Toronto Bethel - anyone know for how long?

  it would seem logical that greenlees was shuffled to toronto to allow for a settling period.. anyone know for how long he was there - or any other info?.

  this was posted in the men's room stall, i hear the instructions in the womens room was more detailed.. this was in addition to having a "bathroom attendant" handing out 1 paper towel per person.. i haven't felt so childish since i was in grade schooll, i had to wonder if all the tall people around me were really grown men and women.. .

  a few years ago i became interested in the subject of neuro-linguistic programming (nlp).

  while the core concepts of nlp have been largely discredited as new-age pseudo-science, there is no doubt that there is at least some validity to the idea.

  words and images remain the key way we communicate.

  Reminds me of the confusion and guilt I felt years ago as I read an article that didn't quite answer the question of whether it was okay to pray for a DF'd person.

  The number of confused prayers I said about my DF'd child was endless.

  The statement about "right" being different than "not wrong" is very correct.

  Only in math does a double negative become a positive - not in English.

  Double negatives are an essential part of accurate speech.

  Unfortunately, the WTS does use as a CYA.

  should there be a rule against posting PMs ?

  most people feel that it is unethical to post private messages.. how ever there does not seem to be a posting rule against it.. some people unfamiliar with posting on boards may not realize that it is not done to post private messages .

  ( even though it would seem self evident with the word private in it.).

  so what do you think about making it an official posting rule?.

  I always observed the blatant hypocrisy, without putting it together, when pioneering.

  My PP would always host lunch, supper, etc. for his students (EASY time).

  Last year, a neighbour was coerced into attending a meeting. I was STUNNED at the love-bombing (I wanted to leave and eat lunch - 40 minutes is enough).

  I then thought about the last non-family person baptized in our hall (with wife of my old PP), the attention she had received when studying, and the total opposite in the years since her baptism. She must be so confused (only attends 1 or 2 meetings a month now, but she's a breathing statistic - Booyah).

  It is pathetically stupid.
