  ive been here for around 5 years, but rarely write these days.

  well i had to tell everybody the good news.. since i drifted away (thanks to many but mostly simon and fakel) i have helped 7 people leave.

  today my mom has told me shes never going back.

  Paxil and Zoloft takers... a question.

  hey guys, .

  i'm on paxil 30 mgs a day (not the time released).

  i'm not quite sure what it translates to zoloft, but it's pretty high.

  I used to take Paxil, and it is a great drug while you're on it. Be very, VERY careful if you ever decide to try to get off of it. Withdrawal is horrible- I'd be OK the first 2 days, then I would just freak out. It didn't make me sleepy, but I did seem to need more sleep while I was on it. I was only on 20mg, I think 40mg is about average for most people. I took it in the morning.

  I take Zoloft now, 10mg. I take it at bedtime, I've taken at other times of the day too, it's all pretty much the same.

  for those of you that remember the story a couple of weeks ago about my 4 year old daughter that declared us a witness free zone to her grandparents (my extremely devout parents!!!

  ) well the little minx strikes again.

  There were 6,624 there, so many people can't be wrong.

  What is it with the numbers? Do they have them memorize them so they can run off and tell all their friends and family how many loyal zombies JWs show up at the mass brainwashings conventions? My mom did the exact same thing, proudly rattling off how many were in attendance. Sickening.

  i've been warned about possibly wasting my time, which i know is a possibility.

I'm not afraid of them sucking me in- I know WAY too much now. So my question is- did a householder ever say anything or ask a question that made you start to have doubts? I'm not expecting to turn these women around, but just planting some doubts would be a start. Thanks everybody!

  There are various publications that give good ideas on what to say to witnesses. Just stay away from doctrinal debates, and focus on material that uses the societys own publications to denounce them.

  Yup, I know the drill. I have several of those publications! I've been waiting for an opportunity to put the information I have to good use. This discussion board has been one of my number one resources! Thank you everybody, and God Bless.

  I have one more question- do they usually leave old magazines? The ones they left with me were from last August! There's had to have been oodles of new light since then! I want to be current, know what I'm sayin'?
