I LOST IT ... my JW rant today

well, i just couldn't hold it in anymore.. today, i exploded, talking to my mother about the family inheritance and how i am being screwed.. i told her i had been so angry lately, and just had to tell her what i was thinking, because the anger was slipping out at times, and i was making snide anti-jw comments .... which is not my way.

i'm usually quite direct.. i told her that i couldn't take being treated like a piece of dog you-know-what on the bottom of someone's shoe any longer.. that in the past couple of years, i had learned so much filth about the jws that i was getting more and more disgusted day by day.. i started shouting ... there is nothing wrong with me!!!

why do i have to be shunned when they hide child molesters???.

last week out in service i saw an elder wearing a jw.org pin.

and thought.....hmmm isn't this idol worship?

what a double standard.....it's ok to promote the borg with a pin...but not ok to promote jesus by wearing a. cross?.

The Circuit Overseer Visit

last week, the circuit overseer came to visit my wifes congregation and as usual their patterns change somewhat during this week.

from my perspective, the meetings are held on tuesday and thursday instead of the normal wednesday night during this week and they are more eager to go out in field service.

sunday came and my wife wanted us to attend the meeting.

i often hear are the meeting the interchanging of names between jehovah and jesus.

it seems like the sheeple drones at the meeting have no real clue about the bible or how to believe.

I fully agree with you Zoos.....Jesus has been severly demoted. It is a very sad situation. The GB as positioned it's self to be the greater Jesus.....and they have programed the sheeple zombies to accept it. by all the statements they make like " even if it sounds crazy" the sheeple will accept it hook line and sinker....full blown mind control.

as for the trinity statement: i digress.....but i am in dismay that so many substitute Jehovah where jesus should be so often in comments and talks.

Thank you leaving_quietly.....I thought i was the only one to observe this! I truely believe the trinity concept is in full motion on a subliminal level. I giggle to myself sometimes at the clear ignorance of the sheeple.

I mentioned this to my wife last night that the poor Christians in Iraq are truly being persecuted in the name of Jesus. Again she gave me a blank stare…..as if trying to comprehend the reality it is in Jesus name and not Jehovah name that we would be persecuted.

I often wonder….do the Witnesses unknowingly practice Trinitarianism?

I believe so.

Bethel experiences sound like a prison sentence.Why even go?

when i read about bethel experiences my mind go to the show locked up raw!.

why would someone subject themselves to this without commeting a crime.. the wife and i went to see bethel in broklyn a few years ago and it was unlike anything i expected.

very cold.. went the bosert hotel and was talking to a brother there and asked how long he had been there, he said 25 years...i asked how old he was.

The wife and I went to see Bethel in Broklyn a few years ago and it was unlike anything I expected. Very cold.

Went the Bosert Hotel and was talking to a Brother there and asked how long he had been there, he said 25 years...i asked how old he was. he was my age at the time which was early to mid 40's.

Keep in mind I have been in the work force for 25 years since getting my engineering degree. have been saving very hard for a retirement and i thought to myself.

Poor guy has wasted his life here and has nothing to show for it. I am pretty sure when his time is up...he will get dispatched with nothing but his shirt on his back.

And this is the love of a christian?

Need help understanding scriptues in Mathew. just trying to show my wife the BORG is soooo wrong

as you know i am still in but have no strong conviction for this cult..but i still go because my wife is still asleep to the false teachings.

for a few months now...when we have family study it is stricly from the bible.

which is great, while we study we are taking the bible as it is, i think it is opening her eyes and how important jesus is.

Whats your deal DOC? Your in the wrong place if you want to defend a cult.....it's too bad you are blind as all the other sheeple. I pray that Jesus will open your eyes before it is too late for you.
