Paranoia after today's Watchtower

boy oh boy did i feel paranoid at today's wt.

not only are we to watch our associations outside of the congregation, but also watch our associations 'within' the congregation.

this was emphasised by the wt study conductor.

so this is just so nauseating to me when she noddes her head in agreement and in a low voice or sound does a "mmm uh" in agrrement.

but here is the deal, she never aswers at the meetings.

Sabin: i have to go on occasion...if you read my previous posts. i don't go because i want to...i go to the meeting for 2 reasons.

1. to try and keep the peace with my wife.

2. protect my children, whom are made to go by my wife. from preditors in the hall.

but, i truely hate going....i so disgusting to go.

why does she do this.

1. to show the elders and everyone around her that she agree's with whats being said?

2.to show me she agree's with what being said?

for those of you that did this when you were in. help me understand, why?

my husband was recently subjected to an intervention by his parents.

i am apparently a danger to his spirituality.

after i stopped attending meetings and went apostate hubby decided to resign as a ms to spend more time with me.

a hilarious stupid wa message is being circulated amongst jws in my area / country.. i had a hearty laugh at the ignorance and stupidity and brainwashed mentality, different people may express different emotions so you have been warned.

day one after armageddon it seems ages since we last heard the gunshots and screams, today has been really quiet.

the last few weeks have been sheer terror.

Stranger in my own house, Since my wife and i don't talk much anymore nor sleep in the same bed. i feel like a stranger.

thank you everyone for you advice.

i would like to say first that i am not spineless and I do stand up for myself.

but, has i have gone through life...i find arguing to be a waste of time, especially with a dub.

i also feel that each and every person has free will. she has free will to stay or not, to love or not.

unfortunately i am the recieving end of this.

i will not fight for someone who is not willing to fight for me. why?

life is to short....many on here know this.

there are 2 things i want right now in my life.

1. to be happy

2. to be cult free

Sabin: you see the problem is this, she thinks because i started off really good and then grew cold. in her mind i let her down and jehovah down. no mention about jesus ( go figure) i guess he doesn't matter.

she was brought up in the cult. left it before i even meet her. she grew up with all the damage that happen to the youth.

she doesn't know how to cummunicate and lacks the ability to show love. always has been this way. looking back i believe this is a result of growing up in the cult. she also doesn't show emotion, nor does she think she has the problem.

i blame it all on the cult.

My mom

i was just talking to my mom a few weeks ago.

she said, out of all her kids, i was the only one she didn't have to worry about as far as spirituality.

i always took a stand for jehovah.. she told when all of her kids were little, she gave us the option of not eating birthday cakes in school.

HI Coginac, you did the right thing. it's best when they find out themselves. it's so awesome you stood your ground, maybe she will think and maybe she won't. but, it will be her not you doing it.
