  first off let me thanks for your contributions in advance.. i read this term in post that gave it a negative slant.. masterbaition is good and whole some,,why would some one use it as negative,,unless they veiwed it a negative??

  Yes they have solo coarses,,It cost $15 for one month subscription,,I would recomend you subscribe as well as all on this board I think this is a very good sight that might help a lot of people.

  The reason I gave you that link is I think it might help you. I'm not flirting with you,,just thought it might help you in the future.

  Mark,,

  Here's the way I see it: Ego is not bad,,ego is good but not perfected,,we perhaps should try to get ego to do what is good for whole body,,and all of evolution ,,,that is about the best we can do.
