  My Dating horror= You can't have coffee at the mall without a chaperon???

  being a pioneer/servant for years, i thought i was very responsible.

  when dating a sister whom i later married, i read every publication on courtship the society had.

  i then spoke to an elder whom i thought was "resonable" and we agreed as the publications say: "a couple can meet together in a public place, when courting, without a chaperon.

  my favorite one has to be the one where bart gets help from homer to read a card at a presentation before mr. burns.. homer: "oooh boy card read good".. .

  On their website they only publish the most recent report.

  The full worldwide report is published in the February 15th Watchtower.

  Remember that next year only the Watchtowers published on the 15th will be available only to JW's.

  Why just JW's? Theres only 125,000 of them. Unless they are all on benefits??

  If the system collapsed millions of non-JW's would be affected.

  while talking with mom(active dub) this morning, i said " aren't you glad i was never baptised so you can still talk and have a mother son relationship'?

  her response shocked me in that she said it wouldn't matter your still my son.

  and she would be able to talk with me, just cannot discuss the jw religion.. i was always under the impression you would be shunned for the rest of your life, unless you went through the chain of command for reinstatement.

  You know that kinda gay guy in your old hall?

  you know him, every hall has one.. he really knows fashion.

  he hangs out with all the middle aged women at the hall.

  his gait, voice and gestures are feminine.. if he were a "wordly" man he'd be a "flamer".. well, here's my question: is he or isn't he?

  I've posted on here before about my conversations with JW's brothers who turned out to be gay. For some reason they seem to think they would get sympathetic ear talking to me, especially after I left. But those I have spoken to have usually said that every congregation has at least one, maybe two gay guys in them.

  I remember a brother, he was about 10 years younger than me, probably about 18 at time. He was in our book group. He always was well dressed, that just scrubbed and shower look, long slender hands, accountant. Always had a way of moving that caused many a remark. Lived with his parents, always seemed to hang around the young brothers. Later learned he used to invited one or two home. Anyway in his late 20's, he was a Min Servant by then, he got married and had children. I see him around town now and then, now and Elder, still the same look and walk.

  The thing is if you had seen the guy I describe above you may have thought "Yeah good chance he's gay"

  But two other JW brothers, good looking, athletic type, sisters always after them. Turned out they had been "gay lovers" since they were 17/18. Didn't get found out until in late 20's, and then only by chance.

  So it went to show that the effeminate type guy turned out to be a good husband and father. But the two who were so "manly" were the gays.
