Could this news cause a new revolt of members taking the lead like that which happened after the 1975 fiasco?
by opusdei1972 inwe know that after the 1975 fiasco there were some revolts and disappointments in the brotherhood, which finally caused the removal of raymond franz and overseers like james penton, and so on.
so, may be these news could cause the revolt of some members in the leadership.
any thoughts?

"Do you realise how inappropriate that is?!"
by stuckinarut2 inin the australian royal commission enquiry into child abuse and the way institutions handle such is underway.. today the judge said the following in response to the way judicial committees operate:.
(not verbatim...but the gist of his comments are:).
"so a young woman, a suspected victim of abuse or someone accused of a sin, would have to appear before three older men in a 'judicial committee' and relate in detail her ordeal?

Interestingly, the evil methodology of the judicial meetings is being exposed. So, many people are now knowing the repressive nature of this Organization. -

Of course, most witnesses will defend the indefensible, but these facts exposed in Australia will awake many -

The Watchtower is being exposed and it is tasting its own poison !!
Since many religions arose from a desire for political power, prestige, and popular acceptance rather than a desire to please God, it is no surprise that religion is involved in such badness as child abuse, fraud, war, or terrorism. All too often, religion is a sham. How can you avoid being deceived? (w07/1/3 Does It Matter Which Religion You Choose?)

Very interesting. Developed countries like Australia are noting the evil nature of the Watchtower Society. -

This is a trap. The Organization does not want to show its true face quickly, but after the baptism. -

"Don't you love Jehovah anymore then ?"
by Phizzy inmrs phizzy ran into a jw lady from a neighbouring congo who has known us since we were teenagers, before we married, sometime in the pleistocene era lol.. during the conversation said lady asked if mrs phizzy was going to the r.c, to which mrs phizzy replied, "oh you haven't heard, we no longer go to meetings".. the jw lady then came back with the question in the thread title, which mrs phizzy handled well.. the point of this is though, what a god-awful, stupid, cult-minded question to ask !.
did she think we woke up one morning and thought "we don't love god anymore" ??
would that happen to anyone ?.

That kind of emotional trap is what the organization uses to enslave their members. So, if you leave the organization your are abandoning Jehovah. This is not a rational argument, but an emotional trap to attenuate the lies of this religion. -

2001 Symposium on "Problems of Bloodless Surgery" in Moscow - Sherri Ozawa explains the HLC and bloodless medicine clinics
by OrphanCrow ina few years ago, prior to researching the field of "bloodless medicine", i was under the mistaken impression that bloodless surgery was a field of medicine that sat "outside" of the watchtower influence and operated as a part of mainstream medicine.
since that time, i have discovered that "bloodless medicine" has been founded and maintained by the watchtower society itself.
bloodless medicine is the watchtower society - it has been organized by people who have been trained by the wts and therefore, the bloodless industry is controlled by the wts.

I can't read Russian language, however I still hear about witnesses dying on account of refusing a blood transfusion, so I doubt that currently "bloodless Surgery" can save a person with a great loss of blood. -

Ray Franz and You.
by John Aquila inif ray franz would have kept his mouth shut and not disfellowshipped, and remained part of the governing body how many of us ex-jw would still be trapped in the cult?.
would we have come this far?.

I strongly recommend the books of Ray. It will be difficult to find another GB member following this path of honesty. -

In my case, when I read "Crisis of Conscience" for the first time I was a fanatical Witness Apologist. So, though I admitted to myself that Ray told some truths, I did not want to leave the organization, because I wanted to believe that witnesses are the only ones who want to follow the Bible teachings. In fact, the book which shocked my faith in the organization was "Apocalypse Delayed" by James Penton. This book motivated my research in the history of the organization, so by this I could discover that Rutherford was an evil man. So I went back to "Crisis of Conscience" and I had to admit that Ray was totally right. Then I read "In the Search of the Christian Freedom", then other books like these. I think that the force of the beginning of internet was stronger than "Crisis of Conscience". At least, in latin countries, the books of Ray are not available, so, without internet, many in the latin world would still ignore TTATT.
