I was having tea with a couple of 85+ JWs a few years ago who were comparing their Armageddon "Go Bags". Neither one was able to climb stairs to leave the home.

Go Bag
by notsurewheretogo inmy still-in wife has asked we prepare a "go-bag" with all the stuff we need in case of a natural disaster....we live in a country where there is none!.
but when i asked where this all came from she mentioned hurricanes etc but again we live in an area where they can never be things like this.. thus i suspect this is a society based instruction...can anyone enlighten me?.
are the society advising dubs to be doom preppers???

What did you do with old WT/Awake magazines?
by naazira inwhen you were a witness, what did you do with your old watchtower (public/ study versions) and awake magazines?
i know for some throwing away a magazine is comparable to burning a quran.
i never threw them out!

Was- lol. I finally had to take it all to the dump myself. Took TWO trips. The springs on my new pick-p truck bottomed out from the weight "those many books...wearysome to the flesh".

It is just incredible how many cases I know of where very young Jehovah's Witness girls have been raped/molested and later accused of "fornication" or seduction by Congregation elders.-blaming and tormenting the victim. Exactly the same as bronze age fundamental Islamics. Sick bastards.

We left them at Laundrymats, hospitals,& rest homes. Also at not at homes on the 3rd round or rural homes we only visited one time per year.
Yes while we were in we felt it almost a sin to dump them.
When I first began to understand TTAT I tried dumping a pile of inherited mags. The garbage man refused the recycle can for being too heavy.

but they (if annointed) will rule in heaven with jesus.
that is a pretty heavy responsibility to help jesus rule millions of people on earth, but yet they can't pass a mic or even run the sound system in the kh.
