  that sounded like a very odd meeting arrangement, what on earth was the purpose for it.

  My Parents have gone FULL CULT MODE! Having a job is SATANIC!

  to give a little background, my parents are in their late 50s.

  around a year ago, my elder dad got laid off from his job.

  he worked as a auto mechanic making ok money.

  so maybe ask your parents if they enjoy 'reaping' the benefits of the governments resources [food stamps, social securtiy] so they can free load. how are they getting medical? I dont see my husband retiring at least till hes 70, the way its going these days.

  have they no pride? there are people viewing them as being lazy. do they want a reputation of being freeloading lazy adults?

  so, it goes like this, your dad works, and mom goes in service, whats the problem? sound to me like

  they dont want to work. they are too young for that attitude of being lazy. they want to free load off thier families and freinds incomes and 'gifts' ?

  yes they look to you as being thier support system, the bible tell us that parents are to do what they can for thier chldren,

  like teaching them to be self sufficiant. what sort of example are they setting?

  the apostles worked .

  If my parents were to act that way, id send in My letter of resignation, because ill be damned if They are going to monopolize my life taking care of them till they die and IM HALF DEAD. because they wont work and prepare fpr thier retirement.

  then tell them this, they are still celebrating memorial,? so jesus hasnt come yet, they got time.

  the jws here were calling it a buisness meeting.

  but i found a good review of it at another posting, and it sounds like a review of alllllllll the rules nad reminders rolled into one long talk,

  yawn. so glad i wasnt there id have left.

  A fascinating invention is being tested here in our little village.

  it is a beautifully simple machine that produces electricity from moving water.. we live on the columbia river 3 miles above the huge bonneville dam hydro-electric installation.. we have an abandoned lock that was built about one hundred years ago to lift river traffic around the rapids formed thousands of years ago when the naturally formed bridge of the gods collapsed.

  the river now flows through it next to thunder island.. recently, an experimental device called the "eco-auger" was lowered into the locks current to begin tests of the beta model.

  it is about the size of a small school bus.

  My Experience In Getting A Loved One Out

  this is my own experience so i'll share it in that it might help others.

  this may not work for others but it seems to be working for me.. .

  a little background...i'm happily married and 3 years ago i was an elder and my wife was a pioneer, we have 3 kids.

  i had sort of one of those lightbulb moments myself, Im glad you found such an interesting twist on reasoning.

  it does take little bits of info here and there to get one to think more logically, and the problem is we deny our error because its troubling to us.

  I always felt that If God is perfect, and all powerful, and there is no sin in him and no error then it is inpossible for him to create something or someone that would have the possibility to become inperfect, like satan, evil in it self would have to exsist to be passed on to a creation.

  we can only create things that are equaly in perfection to ourselves. there fore God has to have had some knowlege of bad, in order for it to manifest itself in one of his creations.

  yea i get like that, lol ypur right God is not going to allow improper information to be dispensed which would result in damage to humans ,this would make HIM bloodgulty!

  then i read this,someplace,

  the bible states that the appointment over all the belongings is made after jesus arrives, matthew24:46,47

  the master has not yet arrived , as the memorial is to cease upon his arrival 1st cor 11 vs 26

  since the memorial is still being celebrated, apparently he hasnt come .

  vs 46 there is funny, how can you assign someone a place with unbelievers , when your cut them into peices?

  there must be more than one master, vs 46 says that master of that servant.

  I have two take aways from the zoned out meeting

  out of three hours only two things really caught my attention.

  i was surprised there was no special annoucements or more new light.

  the first thing is that we know that the org is having a difficult time having young males reach out to be a ministerial servents to carry microphones and adjust the height of the podium.
