I;m a Badger!
Small, irritating, tenacious and cute. I haven't found a better pick of a badger yet...
obviously, mine is a picture of me.....it was taken at a hockey game at staples center: go kings!
.
odrade has a very pretty picture and i was wondering if that was her or a character from a movie?

some months ago i heard that hillary will be drafted as president at the democratic convention.
well, this is no longer a rumor.
on the hannity & colmes show last night, foxnews, this 'rumor' was confirmed to be true.. the reason for the public silence (not told on the show) but by the rumor mill, is to keep hillary on a low profile, not to create a public stir.
A rumor on Fox news...from Hannity and Colmes
sure, you can believe it...
I like Hillary, but as a NY senator...she's way to polarizing. Rick Lazio was a nobody and did nothing in his race against her, and he still wound up with 42% of the vote. (We also missed out on a dream Clinton-Guiliani election...I would have cheered for both.)
Dean is getting name recognition, because he's about the only Democrat who is fighting, and is being dismissed by his opposition as having no chance in hell of winning...sounds like what Carter thought of Reagan....and Johnson about Nixon...and Bush the Elder about Clinton....
Riechmarshall Karl Rove himself said that he would love Dean to run...and for some reason, all of the right wing TV/Radio hosts (Hannity, O'Reilly, Russert, etc.) have taken to busting Clark's balls, possibly because they pick up the vibe that Dubya would have a hard time with him.
The fact that they're taking Dean so lightly will work in his favor...even you repubs have to admit seeing the underdog win here would be cool (like Vanderbilt beating Florida State), albeit begrudgingly.
i was invited to attend the latest visit from the circuit overseer last week.
what timely admonishment.
he brought out how we should not tire out in the race for life.
Would you rather be your best, or molest?
Seriously, I hope (unadvisedly so) that a lot of the "Other Sheep" can see through this...show off how happy, safe and joyful you are outside when your former captors talk to you.
Interesting that he would even acknowledge that some consider just leaving, instead of "being dealt with scripturally." does the Titanic see the Iceberg at last?
i hope i'm not repeating another thread, but i was listening to hannity and colmes on fox last night (thursday) and they mentioned a law suit (in washington state i think) filed by a woman to keep the word "christmas" in the holiday songs.. hannity said this resulted from several jw families that requested that the words be changed so their children could participate and sing the holiday songs.
the school made the changes and now apparently at least one mother wants the original words put back in.. .
one of the issues she brought up was that the word hannukah was not removed, only christmas.. .
Hannity lies 90% of the time anyway...not surprised...
mrs ozzie and i are having a day in the city.
the roads are jammed with xmas shoppers and the dubs' sighteeing coaches!
it's a nightmare!
should we wear badges at apostafests?
i found out, once again, i am a true royalty lover.. .
to be specific ... a true lover of the oranje-nassau family.. .
i love our queen and family.
We Yanks have royal families, too...
Adams, Kennedys, Bushes...families that inherit political power and cash...
Kuchinich?
Hey, I'm liberal, but that guy makes Ho Chi Minh look like Sean Hannity.
it seems that some think that "happy holidays" is more politically correct than "merry christmas.
" they take offense to the word christ in christmas and want to replace it.
personally, i think we should keep the words.
Just about all of my students are Christian (85% Catholic, 13% Baptist, a rough guess) so I will throw out "Merry Christmas" constantly.
I'd change and add Haunakah (sic) if I taught in North Dallas.
The guy who didn't beat Bush
Are you sure?
Gore -- 50,996,116
Bush -- 50,456,169
Three years later, it STILL looks like more Americans wanted Gore as their president.
i know i'm new but still a trouble maker .
