our columbus, ohio support group offers social opportunities for those who have left the watchtower organization.
while towerwatch ministries is a christian based ministry our get-togethers are simply a time for fellowship, we realize that we are all at different stages spiritually in our "post watchtower" lives.
towerwatch support group meetings are held the third sunday of each month in a private home in central, ohio.

I had a 2-door car and was counseled on it. I told them if they wanted to make the payments they could pick the car I drove, until then I was driving the car I wanted. They did not like that, but they never made any of my car payments either so I continued to drive my 2-door car. Wow! No wonder I'm out, bad attitude.

Hey! The rule against beards and long hair for men is correct. I'm glad I am not under that law anymore.
The best one I can think of is when they told married couples what kinds of sex they could not have.
Find that in the Bible.
c'mon now, there has to be something... the green carpet or the hard seats?
barn dances?
large social gatherings?
I miss looking out the window of the Kingdom Hall during the meetings, no wait a minute our Kingdom Hall didn't have any windows. I guess I don't miss anything.
hello, i am writing because i was disfellowshipped a week and a half ago.
i have not been to the meeting in over two and a half years.
you would think they would leave me alone.
THEY CAN NOT DENY YOU THE RIGHT TO AN APPEAL!!!
You have however only 30 days to appeal. (if memory serves me correctly)
First you always have a right to be heard by an appeal committee. Secondly they can not disfellowship you unless they have at least invited you to a committee meeting and you failed to show up for that meeting. This is a must!!! They can not disfellowship you with out a meeting unless you refuse to attend that meeting and even after you miss the meeting they have to send you a registered letter. If you have any questions PM me.
