Lying to Elders is one of the most satisfying aspects, twisting them about like the fools they are for putting themselves in that position of being a Self righteous judge over others.

Jehovah's Witness Elders are Black / White, there is no shades of grey.
I know one friend whom went around and screwed ever Elders daughter just to have satisfaction - he got them all too!.

What's the status of this org financially?
by megaboy insoooo... i think the main strength of this group is having the finances to keep this con game going.
i'm hoping that the pedophilia cases are draining them dry so we can be rid of this stumbling block from an organizational stand point.
how is the constant surge of bad news getting out on them effecting the everyday person in this organization?

in my country one can get dfd for pretty much anything the bullies want to df you for.
but is there any specific guidelines that state one can or cannot be dfd for marrying a non witness.

In short it depends where you are, who you are and what your standing is.
I have even seen those in good standing whom are courting separated at meetings, not allowed to sit together.
The elder body decided to impose rules that were not written!. They also went to the point of DF if you did not agree.
After they did this to several couples it was eventually sorted out in a heated meeting with the CO present whom made them go to each couple and apologize for their stupidity. But before that meeting they were about to DF the last couple whom were pioneers! and their father a long standing elder whom they made to step down because of it.The politics within the org are REAL and dangerous if you not got your wits about you and good connections when shit hits the fan.

He would if serious need to meet with the elders and express his desire to join the faith. they wil arrange his study and eventual baptism, after that she would be able to marry him not before.
Yes she can be dis-fellowshipped as it stands. She is attaching herself to the unbelievers. punishable by death, ie disfellowshipping.
