  To the maker,, You have done what others don't have the guts to do!.

  You have done what we all should do, tear away from this god forsaken organisation. I congratulate you for having the strength to do this and moving foward with your life. It is not easy to do and harder still to rid onesself of the emotions of loosing everything you have known all your life. Good Luck!.

  i'm not an expert but that is my understanding of this: .

  opinion filed.. (signed published) the judgment against defendants on the negligence count is affirmed.

  the judgment against watchtower on the cause of action for punitive damages is reversed with directions to enter judgment for watchtower on punitive damages.

  the latest phase of the uk charity commission case included this:.

  subsequent to the opening of the inquiry, in a letter dated 10 july 2014, mr cook of the watchtower informed the respondent that the disfellowshipping hearing for mr rose had in fact been carried out by the elders of a different congregation, so the charity had played no role in that process.

  mr cook (who is the in-house solicitor at the watchtower) later elaborated on his own letter in a witness statement for the tribunal.

  And the charity commision asks that question of them, as to if they are a part of the charity and by what terms they are engaged by the charity. love to see the GB digging the hole even deeper!..

  Suicide - How many do you know within the JWs

  thw wts likes to play games with their statistics.

  one interesting but truly tragic is the number of jwhovah's witnesses who commit suicie.. now i suspect that if a person commits suicide shortly before or after they are disfellowshipped then the elders would say that person wasn't a witness or that they had done something so terrible that they were too guilty to admit it and by their action of committing suicide they pretty much declared they were no longer a jw.. yup fancy talk to make sure any crap didn't fall on them.. so my question.. do you know of cases like this?

  if so then can you answer a few more questions.. had this person been dfed or in real danger of being dfed or whatever the equivalent is if they were never baptized?.

  Porn in WT talk can mean a wide varity of things.
  

  How was he found out, that woud be very interesting to know.

  How come they were watching the site.. which site is this?.

  The inquest could have asked more details about why they pressed him?
  

  I too can count many deaths from the pressure that is handed out... Makes me so sad to remember those good people that took their lives and the arrogant comments of the hounders that pressed them hard...
