Gadget; good choice; I went to the beach on boxing day-the storm was so strong we nearly got blown away.Nearly lost the children as the wind threatened to sweep them into oblivian and ended up sounding like my mother as I strode ahead saying,' Come on, it'll do you good' lol

It's a long walk down a cliff path to get to it, finishing with a drop down rope-only access.
It's incredible how quickly I feel calm after taking time out there.I hunt for fossils, draw in the sand- go swimming and make sculptures from seaweed and driftwoodand as the light fades I light fires, sit and listen to the surf and watch the occasional boat pass by.
Perhaps I read Robinson Crusoe too much as a child

if y-all check the time stamp on a lot of my posts you will see i post very early and rather late in the day.
i only need four to five hours of sleep unless i'm not feeling well or i really busted my butt working on a remodel.
even when i am on holiday i like to get up early and do something!
that you are reading a lot more since exiting the borg?.
i've had as many as five books on the go all at once - all of a spiritual nature.
i'm currently reading the wheel of life and death by philip kapleau.. claire takes a book to bed with her every night (something i can't do - i just can't read in bed).. some of you might like fiction or biographies, etc., but i love to read anything on buddhism (although one of my books is by a christian cleric).
ive always read alot too Dans, but do read alot more now
It's nice to have more spare time to hole up with a book.Usually have about three books on the go...I like reading anything but usually it's travel/survival books and historical biogs and Classic English Literature.My tastes change with the weather too!
Classic lit./Antartic adventure in the winter with the fire on and wine...and move on to middle Eastern/African travel in the garden as the weather hots up

I received a letter with this exact wording from the UN back in 2001after enquiring whether it was true..maybe they've had a new influx of enquiries , so have decided to publish it publically?
Im glad it's up onthe site where others can see it-but the elders showed it to were unimpressed.
The dissemination of information also states that the NGO has to '....promote UN activities.promoting UN observances and international years.'
and most interestingly...'disseminate information and mobilising public opinion in support of the UN and it's specialised Agencies...'
And they see nothing wrong with them using the Awake to do that?.....hmmmm
