  some changes within the last decade or so that are contributing to declining numbers of jws:.

  1. elimination of book study groups, the most informal, enjoyable and sociable of the jw meetings, contributed to loss of sense of community among jws.. 2. policy of consolidating kingdom halls.

  They let that moron Anthony Morris on the stage for the Zone meeting talk about a year and a half ago. The one about the 23 year old MS's, tight pants and spanks.

  They had the entire organization listening and this idiot went on and on about men who are not MS's by the age of 23 not being good marriage material. They could have used the time to encourage those ones struggling. Way to go WT, I think you opened many eyes to what you truly are. They are digging their own grave by all the crazy talk and changes. I don't think the "apostates" will have much to do, the cult is doing it for us.

  the new broadcast is - predictably - about being loyal to the gb.it's a shut up and sit down message.. one of the funny things they keep bringing up is the correlation between the gb and moses.those who don't listen to the gb are like korah.. this is a false choice, why?let's look at a quick comparison.

  (this is from the point of view of the bible).

  was moses directly picked by god?- yeswas the gb directly picked by god?- well no, we actually are not told how the gb are picked and why the qualify.. did god talk to moses?- yesdoes god talk to the gb- no, they admit they are not in direct communication.. did god inspire moses to write laws and judge.- yesdoes god inspire the gb to write laws and judge.- no, they admit they are not inspired, and they are always wrong and need to change things all the time.. did god give the israelites undisputable proof that moses is his channel?- yes, many miracles visible to everyone one around happenddoes god give jws undisputable proof that the gb are his channel?- no, there is no proof, actually contrary.. was moses ever wrong?- nohas the gb ever been wrong?- every time.

  No matter what WT does...they do not report to the authorities and they do not let the Rank and File know that there is a child molester in their midst. Bottom line, they are protecting the child molester instead of the congregation and most importantly the children . It is all about protecting WT ("bringing reproach upon Jehovahs name"). Sick!

  She's beautiful but she suffers from "negative feelings." She has flaws and no prospective JW wife should have flaws (so they say). lol

  Deleted Elders?

  i knew about elders being "deleted" and have commented what a strange and pejorative term that is, but it wasn't until "wtwizard" and "designs" commented on another thread about it that it actually hit home for me.. one cannot step down as an elder with any dignity!

  elder's can't quit, with the word "quit" being as in "he quit his job.

  " elder's can't resign as in "he resigned as chairman of the board for xyz corp.".

  Great job PE. Well written. You are correct, it isn't very pleasant when the shoe is on the other foot. It's sad how WT has broken up so many families and continues doing so. As painful as that letter must have been for you to write, it had to be done.
