  JW driver dies transporting literature to Honduras 01/09/2016....disturbing comments by local elder!!

  on 01/09/2016 a jw driving an 18 wheeler trailer full of jw literature dies as a result of an accident.

  the trailer departed from guatemala and heading to honduras to drop shipment.

  a local elder is interviewed as he arrives on the scene.

  Following is a raw translation of what the Elder said. I included some words in order to properly convey his words as he would say them in English. Some words are not translatable verbatim. Hope this lends some insight into this imbecilic Elder's state of mind and lack of sympathy for the driver's family.

  "....100% our literature was burned up and we could not save any bibles or magazines and that is what we told our brothers and that is what we are finding out, it just happened so fast and we are here to see what we can do."

  "Daily we utilize this literature and the interest of Jehovah's Organization is to spread the good news both nationally and internationally and that is precisely what this literature is for. So that the people can without cost to them obtain a bible, obtain a watchtower, obtain an awake, and that way they are able to find out what Jehovah's purpose is for this earth."

  "(agreeing with reporter on high cost of loss) .....obviously yes, it's a great loss because of the great value which can't be calculated based on what the literature cost and the purpose of the literature and for that literature to be used to spread the good news of the kingdom on a national level....we were waiting for it, which is the distributing point from where it is further distributed nationally but it is very unfortunate that this order will not be able to make it."

  a few days ago someone brought up an old new york newspaper called the "brooklyn eagle.

  " during lunch i had a little time to do some research about the whole jw.borg and what i found almost knocked me out of my seat.

  Child Broadcast Star is Going Home to Die.

  the february broadcast has an item which in my view exploits a young very poorly girl.

  it seems that the girl is quite a character and her faith seems to be strong.

  she was baptised as a pre-pubescent innocent girl and is purported to be a regular pioneer at age 13. now read what her local paper says :-.

  Stories like these make me really angry.

  I weep for this little girl who never had a chance at a real life and instead was enslaved at such a young and tender age.

  The GB's time is running out. You can't hide from what is apparent to everyone now.

  WBTS goes to Court of Appeal (Charity Commission investigation)

  after a number of high profile cases where both children and survivors clearly weren't adequately protected, the charity commission here in the uk launched an investigation into the wbts as a whole here in britain.

  the main concerns are around the child safeguarding policies being inadequate.

  wbts have fought every step of the way so far.. wbts have been to the high court, who told them to complain to the proper tribunal.. wbts have been to the proper tribunal, who told them that too darn right there were suitable grounds for the charity commission to want to investigate their inability to protect children.. and now the wbts have gone back to the court of appeal to demand that the charity commission inquiry be halted.. i hope the court of appeal tells them that, yes, they too need to have proper safeguarding measures for children and to get on with co-operating with the investigation.. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/charity-commission-defends-its-investigation-into-jehovahs-witness-charity-in-the-court-of-appeal.

  Gas Pump "Witnessing"....Is this a thing?

  i've seen this twice now within a month.

  a car group hanging out at a gas station.

  one of the cult members jumps outs of their car and runs up to a "worldly" gas pumper, arm stretched out, tract in hand, and here comes the juvenile at best question.

  This thread reminded me of well, me.

  I'm guilty of approaching people at gas stations trying to get them to think about God.

  I never stalked people I would just politely engage people while I pumped my own gas.

  The Witchtower is so desperate and publishers with little to no privileges are seizing this opportunity to report tracts on their field service report and make them look good to the body of maggots. This coupled with the web link pointing counting as one placement as well.

  This is what its come down to. Oh, I'm sure Christ is smiling down at these morons.

  Walking a thin line - Resigning Elder

  i feel like i need to vent my story out, as i feel quite helpless at the moment.. i'm 31 year old, married, father of toddler with another one on the way, due later this month.
