  Since you have access to this board, why not go to a search engine and do research?

  Also, do you remember one of your first posts that you asked "If this forum is safe?"
  A lot of us did tell you not to be deceiving and not to start attacking. Keep in mind that many here are xJWs that have suffered through a lot of deceptions and lies. They are not very tolerant of either (Lies and Deceptions).

  seeing that most of those on this forum love to judge others (although the complaint is that jws do the same thing), i am willing to go through a judicial committee.. if you see fit not to forgive, please disfellowship me and shun me.

  I admit that I did judge you harshly as it is really out of anger at being duped, deceived and believing that you and YoYoMaMa are the same person.
  
  If someone deceives you, I don't think you'll be happy. So for one second put yourself in our shoes and picture yourself at being deceived or cheated.

  You posted a question in this thread to openminded about lying to cover your tracks so your family won't be hurt. Well, look where lying got you.

  Well, all I can say to you what to do next is that what Billygoat (Andi) said is true. So, there's no point in me telling you what to do as Andi pretty much said it for me.

  west st. paul police are looking for suspects who shot three holes into windows at a jehovah's witnesses hall last week.

  people in the building heard shots about 8:30 p.m. wednesday and saw a midsize newer car with a rounded body speed away, west st. paul police chief terry cook said.

  i met you a long time ago when you came to my house with your smiling faces, your neat clothes, and your soft voices, and a bible tucked neatly under your arm.

  you told me many beautiful stories of a "paradise earth," and a "righteous new system" which would be established shortly.

  jw's not a cult or sect just christians , would be the impression you get if you asked most people.. oh yes they get anoyed when they get woken up on saturday morning , they know a bit about there stand on blood and christmas, but not much else.. hey i went to my local libary today to see what books they had on jehovahs witness.first i did a search on the computer for coc, gentile times.. e.t.c none came up.so i went to the religion section to have a look.. lots of books on mormons , christadephians , christian science oh jehovahs witnesses ,damn its the procliamers book.. then i found a book millions now living will never die not the rutherford version but writen by an ex witness in the 60's.

  (i noticed a lot of critical notes hand writen in there by people who have read it i bet they never told anyone the'd read an apostate book).

  it was the only book in the libary critical of the witnesses.

  So the point is by and large Jehovahs witnesses are seen as ok. A bit strange but not dangerous.

  I feel only TV or the mass media can do this .People see other religions as dangerous but witnesses as a bit odd

  You provided good points there. The majority of people just think that JWs are just another denomination of Christians and do certainly think of them as odd. Many of them just don't bother to find out/research what JWs are about.

  BTW, since not a lot of people know about them, the number of people being converted are very low relative to the number of hours that the JWs put into converting/baptizing a newcomer anyways. Yes, it is important that the whole world needs to be informed about not only JWs and other high-control groups or cults. However, the world is always like that, some choosing to remain ignorant and some choosing to learn.

  Karate

  this year i have learned so much and what i keep being taught repeatedly through experience this time instead of what someone tells me, is that much of what the society taught us about the world and many of the things in it is pure nonsence!.

  i'm just giving one example for now even though there are many.. my son who is in elementary school has over a period of time expressed a desire to do something extracurricular.. oh the shame!!!.

  now out of all the different things out there we chose karate.. jws frown on this because its a form of self defence, a competitive sport and they have labeled it and all martial arts in fact as demonized.. he is learning shotokan karate.he loves it and not one demon or demonized thing has happened so far and never will.. in fact i like what they are teaching my son.. this saying is on the wall of the school or dojo,.

  I practice Martial Arts. Though I had never been a dub, I don't see what is wrong with practicing Martial Arts. Now, while it does teach a lot of good principles, you have to watch out for the instructor because in Martial Arts, there are a lot of bullies and con-men posing as instructors. The bullies are just looking for people to beat up while the [i]con-men[i] are looking for people to rip-off.

  "The porpose of Karate is not to conquer others, but to conqure the weaknesses of oneself."

  That is true not just in Karate, but in also all the other Martial Arts. In the end, it boils down on who the instructor is, how the instructor teaches and what the instructor teaches. Martial Arts itself is not only about learning to defend oneself physically (fighting), it emcompasses about everything and learning to defend oneself is only one part of Martial Arts.

  I had never been a JW, but I was part of another cult that is just as destructive if not worst.
  The main reason I know something about JWs and other cults is not only because I was part of another cult, but because I do research their views, doctrines and I also look at their tactics. They all have the same tactics and ways to achieving their ends.

  I am not and have not ever been a JW, I have been involved in a situation where I was treated badly by a group of "christians" and because of it became angry with God...and to some degree, blamed God for my problems. Anyway, I'm also an outsider ....but in some ways, I can relate with their anger
