Reasons why we hate JW's (as an org)
by ashitaka inmy first reason is the fact that i was being controlled through the jw social structure, and having to fight to do anything....even whether to wear a tie or not.
the preoccupation with appearance was so debilitating; that was all i was ever concerned with.
and, as i'm not attractive, good in sports, or a conformist, i had very few friends.

My best friend is a JW
by WinstonWigglesworth inmy best friend is a jw but she can't do anything outside of school with me.
it's really hard cuz she gets jealous when i do things with our other friends outside of school.
we invite her but she's never allowed to go.

I really for you because I went through the same situation and let me tell you that it is very disappointing and frustrating. JWs are not allowed to have friends outside their religion. They are in a cult: they are so brainwashed to think what they are doing is right and in their mindset, what is not part of their religion is evil.
What you and I consider normal, they consider it evil. Things like Celebrating Holidays and Birthdays, Giving and Receiving Blood, watching certain types of movies and TV shows and listening to certain types of music. Things like that, they do judge. -

#4 They are very hypocritical and two-faced to people that are not JWs. They portray a nice facade and play the "Mr. Nice Guy" or "Miss Nice Girl" charade. They only befriend non-JWs so just to convert them. When non-JWs are not converted, they are regarded as bad associations and not "friends", but "acquaintances". What a bunch of hypocrites!

Are Jw's the only ones with apostates....
by VioletAnai inwho viciously attack the teachings and beliefs of their resigned religion?.
i was thinking of this last night....i have never in my life seen a movement so big as the apostates against jw's..... no other religion has displayed this....usually people just quietly leave and get on with their lives and there is no anomosity...even if they have been wronged by their religion.... but with jw's it's different...it's an all out and out attack on anyone and everyone who has something positive to say.... makes me believe the bible and the jw's even more...being here is setting the doubt in my mind right....

people who engage in violence/war are foolish, and they knoweth nothing, cause if they knoweth anything they would'nt fight.
when people go to war, they is not killing their enemies, they are only killing more & more of god's children, for the simply fact that we all is god's children...millions fight over lands, but as i mention before this life is not suppose what it's suppose to be, visions of the earthly paradise that was plan from the beginning was jehovah plan, in reality, all of mankind is suppose to enjoy each other visits, from one part of the earth, to other.. why you be so ignorant of the visions of the armageddon messiah?

I read the statement clearly and of course it does states that People who participate in War are foolish and stupid.
Now let me give you a creepy scenario: If we lost WWII, you won't be able to practice your religion openly and I cannot express my views freely.

When people don't go to war, people will be enslaved.
When people don't go to war, people will always be attacked.
And when people don't go to war, they and their subsequent generation will not survive.
War is not good. True, but war is needed in order to ensure that there is peace and freedom.
So, since you are in the U.S., be thankful that your country has a military to defend your freedom to practice your religion.
