I get "Shania Twain"ed about twice a week. I went to the state fair and was running to get something from the car and people started following me thinking I was. But I'm older than her, so I guess she looks like me?

He "relieved" me of the extra weight of my pioneer card. He asked for it back because I fell 9 hours short the month I had my second baby in two years...even though I was 100 hours ahead for the year at that point.
But, since this was such a shock to me and another incident I filed under "Un-Christian Behavior" that forced me to question the organization, I would like to thank him now for pointing me out the door.

Great response. My mother told my daughter (in front of me to serve as a witness) two weeks ago what a "blessing" it was the during the hurricane, many of the "faithful" brothers and sisters were at conventions. wow. It sounded so pathetic, even my daughter winced and looked at me. These days I don't need to do much exposing of the JW mentality, they do it themselves and much better than I could. Thanks mom.

my eldest child has asked to be baptized next month as a jw.
the court has ordered i have to give written permission if the child is under 18. .
i am going to consent, but only if she studies with me and can answer my baptism questions.
sorry...anyway, she put it off back then but is asking again now and her dad also asked me. Anyone have any questions for my list? I also wanted to require her to study two books with me.
