  Seems like anyone with a heart would end up with PTSD at least. The self-righteous who would feel fulfilled by the destruction are already mentally ill.

  yep, as i'm tapping away here i started to hear the gentle roar on the patio roof - it was a shower!

  and the water's free!.

  looking out the window i marvel at the richness of the green - the green leaves on the trees and bushes in the backyard, the green of the grass - and it's various shades too!

  we have a kind considerate and loving individual who needs our support and love.. this is someone who has posted helpful information, encouraging words and shared himself with us when we needed it.

  i'm talking about our good friend auld soul.

  as has been going through some tough times lately.

  I'm so sorry for your pain. I know we're a rag-tag group of walking wounded, but we are here. For everyone I have lost, I have gained back 10 remarkable people who helped me along who aren't walking away. You are one of those. Thank you.

  What about the Children?

  something that's really been eating at me latley is how during my growing up in the orginazation and now my childrens growing up in it, nothing has been done on an organizational level to benifit the children.

  why has there never been any organizational focus on the need for congregations to sponsor activities for young people.

  many churches and church groups have extensive ministrys to reach young people.

  i dreamt that there was a hurricane, and the house was falling apart because of the strong winds.. i was afraid of losing my cat through the holes in the house, because the house was falling apart .

  sounds more like a nightmare than a dream....

  Disfellowshipped and lonely

  i was disfellowshipped in 2003. systematically my family stopped talking to me.

  i am only 22 years old and i feel a big void in my life.
