I think the WT believed their own "growth" statements - Financial Trouble Thoughts
by thedepressedsoul inwe've all read, heard and have seen in the videos where jw's and their leaders talk about the "huge" growth that is taking place.
they've talked about how many kh they needed, branches etc... .
our co last visit he mentioned how quickly the organization is speeding up and the huge growth they are seeing.

I dont think the top of the org believes the growth is real. They know better than anyone what a fragile pyramid it all is... This building program isnt about handling expansion of membership. Its about parking money. Building is very common way for the wealthy to "park" their money. Its got decent return on investment and is reasonably secure. Its not totally liquid but its fairly well "hidden" in a way cash is not. They arnt stupid or fooled nor are they drinking koolaid. They are cunningly managing assets. -

No no you all misinderstood! The organization was NEVER against social media. Evidently (tm) some well meaning individuals carried it a bit too far and misinderstood the fine spritual direction from the desert gods organization! We believe as we always have that social media, in moderation, is fine and may provide oportunities to witness to the desert gods name. -

Tsarnaev guilty - should he get death or not?
by Simon ini think he probably will (it is the us after all) but i hope he doesn't.
he caused incredible pain and suffering to men, women and children who had never done anything to him.
many died in unimaginable agony, others are disabled for life.

I think he should be set free. He should be given a good job. He should have a really nice place to live. He should have a beautiful wife and live in peace and happiness.
Then, once he is comfortable and complacent, he should have a homemade explosive set off without warning in close proximity to him shattering everything he holds dear and maming him. He should live just long enough after that to see his life crumple and to suffer weeks of agonizing pain. He should be transfused with pigs blood to keep him alive. And then he should be left in an alley on a cold rainy night to slowly die, alone, as rats chew on carcass.

WT Conspiracy Theory - Pinky Ring - DUMB, I know
by cappytan inoh man, i know i'm gonna catch flack for this.. everyone sees masonic conspiracies everywhere.. i am not a conspiracy theorist.
i don't honestly believe the governing body are freemasons.. yet, probably due to cruising this site and seeing all the masonic conspiracy threads, i saw this when looking for a shot of lett's pinky ring to show how he wore one in october, but then took it off in may to ask for money.. .
original is on the left, and on the right, i played with the brightness/contrast to get it to show up a little better.. what does the pattern on his ring look like to you?.
