Sorry i should have added, because this will become todays political hot topic i imagine, former president barack hussein obama, when campaigning for election, famously said with regard to mid east peace:

Let me assume this is a test and i will answer the question accordingly. This is about what america recognizes as israel’s capitol politically. It has implications in the eyes of the Palestinian authority and any potential “peace” process.
