I prefer the story of the last man on earth, galos gann, as told in alexander hamiltons story “in the worlds dusk”. Its a bit of a thought exercise in how far men go to shape the world but in the futility of it all and cyclical nature of the universe. I highly recommend it.

Nietzsche and Thus Spoke Zarathustra: The Last Man and The Superman
by Brokeback Watchtower inwell i was listening to this video about nietzsche's "thus spoke zarathustra" zarathustra is a major figure in the history of the world's religion, famous for the concept of dualism in the mono deities(all good and an all evil) that has gotten a lot of attention from scholars.
i think this video can give you some perspective on nietzsche work: thus spoke so in so:.

The watchtower does not have the resources
by pepperheart inif you have a look at the december broadcast on jw tv they tell you that they wont be showing you a normal format for december but the 143rd event of gilead because the watchtower does not have the resources other wise to translate it many different lanuages.. with all the cuts the watchtower have made and are going to make you would have thought that they would have lots of resources.

Slim, its interesting that no matter how unlikable they are the jw’s wont let themselves acknowledge their feelings. I totally agree, btw. I remember seeing that over emoting rubber faced clown lett an international convention with the woman i was married to at the time (i was still a believer). I was incredibly turned off by his antics and said so to many there... not one would agree. He was gb so he was incapable of being less than perfect in their eyes. Ive tried over and over with people who will express doubts over a teaching but when it comes to questioning a member of the gb they just refuse... its so deeply indoctrinated that these are jesus brothers they just wont let themselves go that far. Its only when they have doubts on other things that they begin to see what ass hats they are

The Perfect Storm in 2018?
by Wild_Thing ini have been sadly watching as the number of jws in other countries are decreasing (for the most part), while the numbers in the us are strangely increasing.
while i question the organization's self reporting numbers, i think 2018 may be the year for another mass us exodus.
leah remini's show will be focusing on jws in her show on a&e.

I think a number of long term internal pressures will bring decline in the United States. (Unless the organisation actually collapses which is also possible)
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 .... just sayin....
I will the above is just wishful thinking, but wouldn't it be great?
yes, it is.

Well...It's 2018 and still no ''Armageddon''
by RULES & REGULATIONS in1972 : we started studying with the jehovah's witnesses when my uncle became an elder and put fear into our family that armageddon was close.
1974 : my mom, my brother and i were all baptized after all the convention talks and watchtower magazine articles that 1975 would likely end this system of things.
1999 : being told that the year 2000 was going to mark the 6 thousand years of mans existence and that the 1000 year kingdom in the new paradisewould come in the year 2000.

Uhm.... i was around in 1999 and dont recall anything about 2000 marking 6k of mans existence . That was part of the 75 debacle. They were smart enough not print anything about 2000
your point is well taken, however. No big A in sight. So much for 100+ years of kingdom rule.
