  New data movement this is what I see as their goals .

  after listening to the leaked videos this is what i think it’s all about.

  first i don’t believe they will want to much personal information ie bank accounts etc do to potential legal problems down the road.

  what i think is their goal is once all publishers are in the data base they then have no need for written information about any issue concerning a publisher and how issues are handled by elders and the branch etc... this information now is in their own data base and can be deleted or manipulated by them at any time.

  I dont think its tin foil hat territory to suggest that they would encourage pubs to set up recurring withdrawals from their bank accounts. In fact i have long said that the wt will never collapse finically without resorting to a defacto tithe (although it would be called by a different name). Ive also noted that the kh mortgage scam is a defacto congregation level tithe. All these are at least somewhat logical and have a basis in reality.

  killing those who claim to be annointed is stupid and far beyond tin foil hat territory. Thats the sort of drivel must be smacked down and rejected.

  And again, tracking faders is, in the end, pointless until inactivity becomes a df’ing offense. For now it is not and therefore fading is still 100% possible. Knowing you have faded is irrelevant.

  I am thinking that the paranoia that people are feeling over this isn't so much those issues - what could be the concern is that this information identifies them as Jehovah's Witnesses. They don't want other people/institutions or the government knowing that they are JWs.

  I can understand that crow. Totally. I wouldnt want that, although faders have nothing to fear in that regard either and active witnesses dont care. Just ask them, they will self identify. But nobody has voiced that. Its literally been concerns over “data breeches” and one truly insanly remark about killing those who claim to be anointed. Its beyond paranoid. I lack words to describe how utterly stupid some of this is.... again, i want to be clear, its worth discussing the implications. The real and rational implications, at least, but crying about already public data being breeched and potential assignations of those who claim to be annointed is just ludicrous.

  One comment explored the potential for wt membership to exposed as smaller than they claim. Thats something i find fascinating.

  Ask the JW's in Russia and similar bastions of freedom how keen they are to contribute their useless, pointless "data" such as name, address etc to a database that obviously will never be hacked because HS is looking over it!

  Sigh... lets try this again, again.... name address phone number etc are all public info, at least here in the USA. There is NOTHING to hack. Its already public. How much more clear can that be? Its not hackable. Its already public. Take any of that info from the metro witnessing form and plaster it all over any russian hackers web site, the dark web as a whole and googles home page.... so what? Its all pointless cult drivel.   Bingo!
  Trying to plug the "fading" crack.

  Now that i actually can agree with. However bear in mind, fading is NOT a df’ing offense. Even if they “track” you it will never be a df’ing offense. The onus will still be on the local elders to hound you. The only way they could ever stop “fading” would be to make inactivity a df’ing offense.

  This is what your worried about? You do know that everyone has an opinion of you, right, whether they share it or not...? For instance i think your a paranoid overreacting tin foil hat wearing kook. What about that opinion of you is “sensative” or “ private”? How is the cults view of you somehow a sensative thing? This is so bizzare to me. Is this a snowflake millennial thing, that somehow peoples view of you is your business to control? Why do you care one iota what the cult thinks of you?   If your referring to the meteo witnessing form yes i am aware of it. What possible confidential info is that??? Its a subjective view of your relative cultiness. Who cares? Put it in 1000 data bases. Give it to every Russian hacker, plaster it on the dark web and post it on googles home page. WHO CARES??????
