What are your favorite musical scores in film?

this thread is at least partly inspired by blondie's classical music thread.. i'm not particularly a musical person but i do appreciate good scores in film.. what are your favorites?.

I tease of course. Tng,ds9 and voyager all had awesome themes, i must agree. Really very good. Too good for tv, in fact.

What Do You Think Will Be The Next Big Change In The Watchtower?

If i had to guess i would go with blondie’s basic direction. They defacto tithe on the congregatio level as it is with the perpetual mortgage. I would guess they take it a step farther and ask the congregation to send all donations and the branch will pay all the bills and be able to keep a tight hold on finances that way. The issue will be hiding that money from lawsuits and some others legal sticking points but they will make somesort of move in that way is my guess

If he/she (however it self-identifies) had a point id happily show shim where shim is wrong, but absent a point to debate what is there to do but shake ones head in disbelief and wonder if mandatory IQ tests should accompany internet access.

Donald J is your president. He has appointed two justices to the supreme court who will ensure that the 2nd A is protected for the next 20 years and looks to replace old ruthie sooner rather than later. Life is good.

I hesitate to point this out but thats not a definition. Also, when defining a word you should not the use the word you are attempting to define. An example of failure would be attempting to define “assault weapon” by a “personal assault weapon”. Adding “personal” doesn't define the word assault.
Care to try again? Im willing to bet you will fail agin, thus illustrating the problem in an attempted ban. You have to define something precisely to legally ban it.

How many Witnesses would drink the cool aid at a "Jonestown?"
by Witness 007 inso my mum died from mild form of lukemia which can simply be treated with a blood transfusion each month.
to me this was a watchtower assisted suicide.
the liaison elder encouraged her to "stay strong" and said a prayer.

The comparison to Jonestown uninformed and demeaning. When in the USA, the peoples temple started off semi-jw’ish, but quickly went far cultier. There is a documentary coming on next week in the usa called “jonestown: terror in the jungle”. Watch that as reference point
