  Where you are in your life now.....What would you have preferred .... To be left in ignorance ? ...Or to know the truth about the truth

  i think possibly their are a few valid reasons for either options to this question ,depending on a number of factors .. such as how old you might be, how long you have devoted your life to the "truth" as you believed it .

  ?....how it may affect your mental/physical health and well being.?.

  how it will affect your financial position in your life ,?

  VW emissions cheating and driverless cars

  when i first heard about this it sounded like they just had a mode that was optimizing the vehicle's emission levels which sounded good.. turns out, they were detecting when a car was being tested to cheat the control system.. http://www.bbc.com/news/business-34311819.

  their shares are down 19% - but larger than the financial fallout is the trust.

  this is the worlds largest car manufacturer!.

  😂😂😂 im rotflmao at those lists SSC/simon as they mimic mine ....

  I could add a few as i see thing driving a large commerical vehicle. Idiots seem to think that being behind a large utility vehicle is worse than dying. They like to speed around you at 55 in a 25 then dart back in front of you and slam on the brakes because there was so little room to make the reckless maneuver to begin with. Its not a bicycle. It weighs 10 tons or more and even at 15mph takes a little room to stop.

  A little calmness and mutul respect for fellow drivers goes a long way.

  and dont get me started on f****ng bicyclists who are reckless and agressive and like to act as if they are in cars and own the road....

  Honestly, as someone who has to report daily under FMCR, this report looks pretty sweet. Nothing at all of a serious nature. Every inspection by DOT is gonna get you ding here and there, its their job to find something so they always do. This is just petty record keeping stuff mostly. Hours of service violations are often drivers not logging correctly, a driver fitness violation is probably somebody who forgot to get a physical and fhe Basic violation may be a simple speeding ticket... It looks like much more than it is. Most trucking companies would bribe the dot man for a report that clean

  A lotta truth in that simon! Its an upside for me on one level, i drive a lot for my profession as utility worker and fools who got their license from a proverbial cracker jack box would be controlled thus making my life easier. I also agree very much on the mess that a 50/50 scenario would create.... But id be willing to endure it provided there was some provision for commercial drivers to maintain full control. There will almost HAVE to be since much of the driving we do is non standard ie: parking in a loading dock or in my case stopping in the middle of road to access a manhole or utility pole. If people taking more standard trips to and from work or to and from the store were computer controlled that may be a best of both worlds for me personally, which is what i really care about ;)

  The sad reality is that eventually the nanny state will presume that its safer for a computer to drive and people will fairly quickly take the lazy way out and let the car do the driving. I will personally become a shut in and never leave my house before i let the car drive. I LOVE driving... But many do not and view it as a chore. They will call it progress and bang the aforementioned safety drum. They will win, sadly. Part of me will die.
