  i had a terrible mouse problem this year for some reason (i think that it was a lot wetter than usual and they came inside).

  they must have been racing to get to that peanutbutter.. .

  for those who still believe in jesus and his purpose and in a god who is creator.

  do you feel it is appropriate to hang in place as such when the scriptures teaches us "not to cast pearls before swine?

  " please tell me your feelings on this subject as i feel that i should not be here but for some reason keep returning....do we believers feel that we can make some good here and is that why we continue to come here?

  It's not really Jesus you reject by being here, just the watchtower. Anywhere you go on the net you will find that people around you have different beliefs.

  Still, nothing is more annoying that realizing the identity you thought was unique is really shared. I've had people playing the same online games (not ones where the account is registered) play with the same screename as me and be listed on websites and had people contact me instead of them.

  did any of you ever miss the memorial while you were in?

  i missed 2 of them.

  once i had a very serious staff infection in my leg and i could not wear any pants or shorts because it ran all the way up my thigh.

  i remember when i was 17 and was at a bible study with a ms and his wife, anyways i went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the dude (ms) came in and started washing my hands for me all the way up to my elbows.

  i freaked out and left, but when i told an elder what happened he said i should have just been quiet and forgotten about it because there was no need to start a riot over such a small incident.

  i wish i would have seen the red flag that day.

  was reading a post by cruithnelaluna in it she said her music was viewed as wrong because of its roots .

  indian classical music (ravi shankar and the like) - philosophical rooted in, and inseparable from, hinduism .

  made me think about a book of design history which explains the progression from arachic to modern design .i amazed to see all the designs we use today rooted in ancient design.

  in time, any closed totalitarian system that suppresses dissent and free inquiry will fall apart.

  when you remove.

  the checks and balances of contrary opinion, the resulting organization will eventually ooze deception at every pore.. even the leadership will be unable to know what internal information is accurate or not.. .

  I don't know about the minimal literature part, it's gone cheaper but we still drown in the stuff. I find it kind of funny that the circuit overseer comes and commends us on a packed hall and then the next night it's pretty much bare bones.

  I find the growth of organizations that don't feel the need to evangelize and force religion on their children more impressive by far. Fortunately we've always been out of town on Christmas so I've been spared the horrors of door to door on that day.
