  do they still do this?

  i used to memorize the pattern of true and false answers.. my mother told me that when she was younger the elders used to actually mark your answers

  ...there is no end and much devotion to them is wearisome to the flesh.

  why do none of the dubs clue in that this points to them more so than any other religion and is a major cause of all the burn out in their religion?

  yay i got my yellow belt in taekwon-do today.

  :) not everyone i invited could make it but i was grateful to those who could.

  no dubs in attendance of course.

  Yoga

  obviously a no-no at least when i was a dub.

  anyone had any experience with it?

  i started doing it once a week with my tae kwon do club and find it not only useful for relaxation but it is a pretty taxing muscle workout and has increased my flexibility tremendously.

  has anyone done any real volunteer work since leaving the dubs or while a dub (scandalous?

  ) and no you can't count delivering the rags.

  ...a board yesterday in tae kwon do, my first.

  :-d i was the only white belt who broke one too.

  it was excellent empowerment therapy.

  pool party

  this weekend i went to a pool party at the house of a girl i know from work.

  there were probably close to 30 people there and i only knew about 4 of them, plus they were all about 3-6 years younger than me and mostly in high school but i had an absolute blast.

  it really was all that i wish high school could have been but wasn't because i was a jw.
