  hi there from the rainy west coast of canada,.

  Seeing Things

  i am wondering if what i saw on tv is just my imagination or if others have seen it too.

  a commercial for jehovah's witnesses.

  i was not really paying attention to the tv as i was engaged in a couple of things, but the ad was similar to those mormon ads except that this one ended with an invitation to contact jehovahs witnesses instead.

  Meetup

  just wanted to share with you the results of our monthly get together here in vancouver, b.c.

  five of us showed up which was down from last month, but the reasons for those unable to make it today were family responsibilities and such, so the desire to meet is still strong.

  we had a great time yakking and laughing and just generally having a marvelous time.

  the sheriff in a small town walks out in the street and sees a blonde cowboy coming down the walk with nothing on but his cowboy hat, gun and his boots, so he arrests him for indecent exposure.

  as he is locking him up, he asks "why in the world are you dressed like this?

  the cowboy says "well, it's like this sheriff... i was in the bar down the road and this pretty little red head asks me to go out to her motor home with her... so i did.

  one sunday morning, grandma and grandpa were watching a tv evangelist.

  during the program, the preacher announces to the viewers, that if they needed to be healed, simply place one hand on the television set and the other hand on the ailing part of their body.

  grandma got up and slowly hobbled to the television set, placed her right-hand on the tv set and her left hand on her arthritic shoulder, that was causing her to have great pain.

  driving down a rural road in kansas with his pet donkey in the back of his pickup truck, a young man got a flat tire.
