The bottom line is that the WTS leaves it down to the individual BOE to judge what is admissible.
Thanks for the insight -- I have already faced what you are talking about. I have talked to several people in which their BOE would have taken the original information I presented to them. I have since provided more information to the elders. However, I am not going to let them keep me from getting married. When I called Bethel and spoke to the brothers there about my situation and how it was not right -- the brother had a nerve to say to me, he would have to face the same thing, I said to him no you would not have, because you have the flock book and would now how to get out of the situation. I also told him I am not afraid to be DFD as I do not see where it was showing mercy to ask people to do the impossible to prove scriptural freedom and I know the person has committed adultery. In my last letter to them, I challenged them with this line of reasoning -- I guarantee that most infidelity happened during the day like places of employment and not at night - how many married people can stay some where over night.......I see it as wanting to control a person life...
