  Is this how Prince proselytizes?

  Prince might be the most prolific proselytizer ever.

  If Prince has produces an album where all the tracks are preaching the JW dogma, he could count the time.

  Say the album is 45mins long, it's a big hit and goes Platinum. That 45mins times 1,000,000 which is 750,000 hours, not to mention air play on the singles, interviews etc which he could also count. He could have over 1,000,00 hours in field service, without having to knock one door and all to a funky beat.

  Together with the contributions he must be giving, because he ain't the most wholesome figure in the celebrity world is he? Why would a fundamentalist Christian cult want a guy in their ranks who wrote such classics as "Darling Nikki"??? - if not for money.

  They might put a Prince slant on some Bible stories to sell a few more CDs - how about the story of the flood. "...and it Purple Rained for 40 days and 40 nights.........."

  well, to this day, after many probes to mars and thousands of pictures of it, there is not the slightest shred of proof that life exists on mars or other planets in the solar system or on any other planets in the universe.. the christian, particularly, knows that even a million landings on mars, venus, jupiter, saturn or any of the planets and their moons will fail to reveal evolution of life.

  well let's just wait and see shall we?.....

  you might be an apostate if...........you find your forsaken bookbag , covered with mold,,and the issues of the wt dating back to 1975,,,,,and the end didn't come.. you might be an apostate if.........you have a wiener roast and use the bound volumns to start a bon fire in the front yard for all the elders driving by to see.

  sumpin,,,,,,,,along those lines........i am sure ya'll can come up with some things better than this .

  You might be an apostate if when answering a question during the Watchtower study, you say "Resistence is not futile".

  You might be an apostate if during a District Convention you streak across in front of the stage, shouting "Look, I've got more balls than the lot of ya..."

  Also, to clarify, these are not Watchtower nursing homes, they are a private enterprise. They are a business, and no business exists not to make a profit for the owner.

  But according to the web site they have a charity registration number, so how is this possible?

  Oh, it's just like the WBTS, they are are a profiteering enterprise, but they also claim to be a charity - a charity registration number each Kingdom Hall in the UK (thx Englishman)

  this morning on the radio, they had a little contest to see who could nail the worst band name on a list made by some ideot.

  i tried to get through, but i was wrong anyway.

  the #1 worst band name was the beatles?

  = the 2nd adventists of 1873 (an off shoot of the 7th day adventist).

  Animals in the New System

  has there been previous discussions on the nature of animals in the new system?

  most people seem to think that the animals will suddenly become completely different than they are today.

  lions and tigers will eat hay, not meat, etc, but if you think about animal natures and the perfect system that exists in the animal food chain, it doesn't make sense.. what would a horse be if it had no fear of predators?

Police were alerted to go to the flat - in a 21-storey block in the Harlem area after the animal's owner, Antoine Yates, checked into hospital with bites he said were caused by a pit bull. When they arrived at the scene, they found a three-to-five-foot-long (1-1.5m) caiman alligator as well. The animals have been temporarily taken to an animal care centre. Mr Yates was meanwhile arrested in Philadelphia and police said he would be charged with "reckless endangerment". Commando-style Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said two callers had directed them to the exact address - and they had confirmed the existence of the orange-and-white tiger after cutting a hole through the door. After evacuating the building, they trained a camera to observe the movement of the animal through a window and policeman Martin Duffy abseiled to the fifth floor with a tranquiliser gun. This is an only-in-New-York story Raymond Kelly Police Commissioner "I saw him eye to eye, to say the least," Mr Duffy was quoted as saying by the Associated Press news agency. "He charged twice and I shot him." Police then went into the five-bedroom flat and tied the sedated tiger to a stretcher before carrying it away. It was then they came across the caiman - and carried it away too. "This is an only-in-New-York story," Commissioner Kelly said. Police suspected Mr Yates of having kept the tiger in his flat since it was a cub. It appears to have been one of an estimated 10,000 tigers kept by private citizens in America - that is more than remain in the wild.
