it's the person who people write to with their day to day problems, like in the back of some magazines etc they have a letters section, the letters being replied by the agony aunt/uncle.

Who after Jesus taught in such a fashion?
by Sherwood ini think jesus was the first to introduce examining the scriptures with "types and anti-types" when he stated that elijah's returned was john the baptist (matthew 11:14).
being that jesus is the 'firstborn from the dead' (rev 1:5), this was not a resurrection of elijah, but a type to be examined thru the bible's history.
ctr taught consistently in the wt and publications up to 1916 the examination of types and anti-types.

i like to cook while watching or listening to a movie, then maybe watch the end of it while i eat. i can't do nothing for too long otherwise i get agitated by myself, but cooking usually helps.

Pet Peeves thread...
by Brummie inthis kinda thread has probably been done before... someone phones me at work and when i say hello they say "hold on" and start talking to someone else, they dont tell me who they are and i'm hanging on hearing them chat to someone who is with them on the other end, 5 mins later they introduce themselves and tell me what they want.
that is a pet peeve.. another, for example, go to the fridge and both tubs of butter are open and both blocks of cheese instead of finishing one off and then opening the other.
thats just a small pet peeve but its one none the less.. miserable sod arnt i though?.

i think older women (old-ER, not old) are good for mindblowing sex & fun categories.
when i was a kid, one of my friends parents, both jw's had a ten year age gap, his mother being 10 years older than his father.
for myself i would not get seriously involved with anyone more than a couple of years either way of my age.
