Ok so perhaps I am not as a puternut as I thought I was, but how do I delete some of my PM's in the inbox? It's getting kinda full and some are old. It seems I can only go to Inbox and Sent Items. Help me?

Did I write to cryptic? The Bible is an instruction book as to how to treat children correctly. Some dubs don't do that and are covered over by the WT. They miss the points in the scriptures and make their own guidelines.

JW &Your Health
by desib77 inwell, i guess this will be my first official question for all of you.....does the stress of the jw religon stemming from a background in it affect anyones health?.
this may seems silly but just thinking about it and other religious options stresses me out.
right now, just from thinking about this for an hour or so, i have a huge headache and am very tense and a little bit shaky.

My health declined rapidly after I got involved in a totally gone wrong child abuse case. Depression set in, lost over 30 lbs, most of my organs were shutting down, my heart was pounding in my chest, and I only slept for 2 hours a night. My doctor told me, if I keep this up, I will end up dead.
So I promptly stepped down and went on my recommended herbs. Now that I am out,.....
All better now................

Welcome. It's a toughie. My oldest daughter is getting married later this fall. And I am not to be there. But remember it's THEIR decision. They are being told by an organization what they can or cannot do. You are not the one that is shunning them. As hard as it is, let them know that you still care for them unconditionally. Then it puts the burden back in their lap. As much as it hurts you, it's really them that are hurting. And that is a decision they need to live with.
Heads up, you have a new life ahead of you. They will see by your example that you are happy without this organization.

This IS the time to set sail. I am 48 years old, df'd, divorced, burned out, lost, betrayed by an organization, no family, and no God that I can be comfortable with. As strange as this sounds at my age, I need to find myself. Perhaps out in the ocean blue, I will realize that there is a God I can call my own. Or not, and I will find solice in the fact that the ocean is my God. And I can have a relationship with the wind, sea, life beneath the waters, the celestial bodies, and the North Star. Eitherway, it's re grouping and meditation time.
No one has all the answers..................
