  COMING OUT PARANOIA?

  hi - all these posts re "coming out" seem kind of paranoid or,what's the word or phrase, like delusions of grandeur, i mean no offense with this but it just seems like few jws would care who you are - at least now they wouldn't care if you done left already - am i missing something?

  keep in mind i was never a jw.

  in christendom's churches, i am used to the breaking of the bread and the wine; crackers or loaf, chalice or teeny plastic cups, grape juice or the real thing.

  i squeeze my eyes shut and imagine the sacrifice jesus made for us; consider his body for a moment, both the one he sacrificed, plus my fellow church members, also part of his body.

  i know that this question has been asked and answered but i can not find the thread.. now that i do not have any family trapped in the cult, i do not have any interest in the seach for goofy proof to a goofy religion.

  i know that their own material is the best weapon against them.

  who would want a 37 year collection of books and bound volumes?

  At my last bible study they told me to gather everything i had that might displease god,

  Books,crosses,cards apostate stuff,(like I would have any of that) and burn them

  well why dont you do the same, Tell them you found some evil literature youd like help burning

  The Most Complicated Task

  i was just sitting here thinking about life.

  dealing with it is the most complicated thing we have to do.

  the different circumstances that faces each of us and how to deal with it is mind-boggling.

  It is amazing how we can get over tasks that seem so complicated

  In 2000 thousand my husband died I looked after him at home and we were together alone when he took his last breath

  At the same time my granddaughter was dying and i could not go to help my daughter

  I didnt think there was a way to cope but I guess there always is

  In 2001 I married again we were married only 9 months when he suddenly died as we were talking one evening

  That same week i found I needed emergency open heart surgery so had no time to mourn

  Life goes on .Memories are tucked away and every so often they resurface at unexpected times

  I have learned a life lesson that there is nothing that is worth getting to upset over,That we should appreciate each day as if it will be our last

  I am not afraid of death anymore so in that way the witnesses have lost their power over me

  I guess the art of handling any situation is to know it wont last and things will get better

  I loved your comments as usual . I never realized all the buzzwords that are used,knowing and seeing this sure helps to clarify they are full of bull.

  When we talk about god in our home i say heavenly father this gets everyone very upset

  I wish I had your skill with words,I just know if you would talk to my husband he would see more clearly
