  Steaming Angry - Forced to explain Shunning to my 5year old daughter!!!

  i am absolutely hopping mad angry!!!!.

  to those of you who know me, you are aware that i have been fading for over a year now.

  i have a daughter who is 5 and a son who is 2 y. in brief iast year i separated from my husband, left the organisation, met someone else and am now expecting with my new partner.. well i have had the usual ups and downs with my jw family.

  LittleToe, thanks Dude.

  It was like the Twilight Zone back then, it was like I was fighting some dread lord of darkness.

  First a masive head injury, then daughter being abused by ex-wifes boy friend, then being disfellowshiped, having seizures all the time from head injury that I never had before that are triggered by stress, the sister whom I was disfellowshiped with would not leave me alone ( nempho), I got disfellowshiped after my wife ran off with this abuser, got tossed out of the hall for not setting in the main area because the fans were triggering siezures and they would not believe me. What a crazy life.

  Now I am married to a good women who I believe was sent by a loving God.

  Slow to help....Quick to punish!

  ok...thought this was interesting.. mom called this morning practically begging me to go to the jc meeting that's coming up this weekend.

  i explained that i had asked 6 different elders to get a study started with me within a span of 4 years because i was "feeling weak".

  each time i asked for a study i would say "i need help because i'm losing faith".

  What does God expect us to ask for in prayer?

  jesus said to pray continuously.

  i don' pray anymore because nothing happens no matter what i ask.

  ask for money, you won't get it because everyone wants money and it displeases god.. .

  I look at it this way if I ask something out of line he just won't grant it in any way.

  Basicly when I do pray which is not much, sometimes I ask for peace and for him to give me wisdom in dealing with others but mostly my kids, cause they cause me much grief. There is always a lot of thanking him, cause he has done a lot for me and I am a real character when it comes to being human, and of course I ask for mercy cause again I am a spiritual scoundrel but I don't want to be, the witness's done this to me by pissing me off.

  Do ALL men cheat??

  i was watching an old eddie murphy hbo special a few weeks ago where he was talking about relationships.

  in his bit, he went off on how all men cheat on their wives and girlfriends.

  he was adamant that even the nicest of guys will take the opportunity to cheat if given the chance and that women need to understand that this is the way it is, 100% of the time.

  I remember when I cheated it was fun, cause my bitch wife at the time was going out on me so much I felt like Hillary Clinton. Now I got a good wife whom I could never do that to, cause it would break her heart and cause her to cry and that just chokes me up.

  Tempers A Flare at "Quick Builds"

  have any of you noticed that when "quick built", kh.

  were being done that many tempers flared amongst brothers.

  some were vicious and cruel and rude.

  Yeah in Colorado once I had this twit talk to me like I was his slave, so I knocked him on his ass.

  And once in the hall I was attending, these old brothers (elders) were doing some repair and swore at me to hurry up and they kept it up over and over, needless to say went over and asked him nicely to not speak to me in that manor, and again he continued so I slapped him accross his face in front of the rest and reminded him he was supposed to be a man of god, he swore more at me so slapped him accross his face till he shut up.

  I know it sounds real bad for me to have done that but I don't deserve to be done to like that not from the glorious ones (elders), what a farce.

  Well I will have to vote the Denney's Moon's over My Hammy as being my favorit cafe sandwich of all time: Ham and scrambled egg sandwich with Swiss and American cheese on grilled sourdough. Served with choice of hash browns or grits.

  And my best sandwich at the airport is a Tuna sandwich cause they are so dam big, besides I love tuna.

  A 1/4 pounder at McDonalds is great, second would be their Fish sandwich.

  Since the time I ws little boy a grilled cheese was always special, if you poke the eye on a fried egg and lay it over it between the cheese you can never go wrong.

  Been there done that, is a hard situation to be in. My little daughter of ten when I was disfellowshiped would hurry and run after me after the stupid meeting across the parking lot and jump into my arms saying daddy daddy", I can still hear her little pumps clicking on the pavement behind me.

  They would not let her set by me, and it made me cry so I left the hall and never came back, every time I think about that night and my little daughter I choke up.

  Now listen right quick all you lurkers, this is a true story that I have just related and it almost made me take my own life to inflect such pain upon my daughters all in the name of religion.

  There will be an accounting from god above, upon this religion that does so much hurt in his name, I hope I live to see it.

  My dad bless his heart when I was in my teens used to say: Son you will never finish high school the kingdom will be here long before then. So I did not finish my home work, now its been 35 years.

  Why I am leaving JWD

  i'm leaving this forum...at least temporarily.

  as i mentioned in conversation over dinner at the chicago apostafest, my upcoming school schedule (which begins next week) combined with my workload will make it very difficult to be an active member on this forum.

  perhaps i'll check in occassionaly when life is a little slower but for now i'd better distance myself from the on-line scene or else the other elements in my life will suffer.
